One of the nice things about registration which I use for our Guild's storytelling programs is that I can get an email when some one signs up and in reports get a list of names and emails of every one who does. I create a tiny URL for the registration URL for my promo material.

What "license Count" actually means? For the pro version, it means that I can have up to 9 pro licenses (9 different people and e-mails) having access to the pro version, for 149.90USD?
If you are limited to 40 minutes, that is the free Zoom, which is officially called Basic. Go to zoom website (zoom.us) and sign in. Look at your profile picture and make sure it reads License (see image). To see your account, click Plans and Billing. If my friend has a paid accont and wants to make me (basic account) to be a alternate host, is it possible, or do I also have to have a paid account? And what does is mean that both host and co-host have to be on the same account?
I have a pro account but the max of 100 connections is a challenge sometimes. Is there a way to add another 100-200? The only extra options I see is Large meetings which starts at an extra $800/year - currently I pay CAD$200 If I simply buy a additional Zoom license will that allow me to have 200 participants or will it simply allow me to host 2 meetings with 100 connections each.?

I have a free account. When I click on Account Management, I do not see Account Settings. Are these also not available for free accounts? Real question that I can't check because can't get to settings: can I used automatic captions as a free/basic account? Don't know where I'll see your reply, if I get one.
Hi, do you know if I can record my session with the paid (Pro) account and have the recordings transcribed? Yes, you can change the background. The issue is probably that your computer CPU can't handle the virtual background. It takes a lot of processing power to change the background.
Hey not sure if this is of interest to you, but I am now part of a zoom club that allows me to get full 1080p recordings in zoom (pro accounts cap out at 720p) and allows up to 300 people in the meeting. This is a great way to get more features and not have to spend over 200 dollars just to get these features. For just 35 dollars a month, you keep the same login for zoom.
