Training, Etiquette, and Human Development Marthe and Kona discussed the need for training before starting any new tasks and the importance of team etiquette. They also talked about the use of design tools and the concept of the 7 values and 7 dimensions of human development. They decided to create a tool for using the 7 values and 7 dimensions and to integrate systems thinking and tool usage into their process. They also recognized the need to engage design teams in creating their own value system to ensure acceptance and avoid disconnect. Organization, Translation, and Value System Discussion Kona and Marthe discussed the organization and translation of certain information. They agreed on the importance of considering non-English speakers and using appropriate tools.
