I used to work as a security in that company and I was being paid 240gh even at that, you get your pay after two months and yet the owner of the company who is a Pentecost elder at PIWC Graceland nungua pays his tithe and gives offering every month hmm😢

Magraheb, how do you think most of these people make and keep their money. Its either illegal means, underpaying labour (slavery), cheating people or a combination of everything. Genuine wealth is a blessing only a few get to enjoy. These people will easily offer millions of dollars for all sorts of favours but the cogs that keep the machine turning, nothing.

Zoomlion workers (cleaners) are not full time workers. They are recruited under the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) and are paid monthly Allowance. They are at liberty to do their own private work once they are done with their workload in the morning. What they do is part time. Over the years, they are paid in bulk (sometimes six months, 12months or even more). It may not be the ideal mode of payment though .

See boss man, even if it’s a part-time job, know that frankly speaking the job is done by more old folks than the youth, so you say they should sit back and wait a year to get paid, That was not even the agreement in the first place, and talking of being under youth employment agency doesn’t mean Mr Agyapong Siaw can’t look into the matter for them. Because it’s a full time job for the old folks

Shame on your politicians first, who have allowed this company to roughshod over the people of Ghana. It's the politicians who have been paying that company so much money for hardly any work done, just because he pays them back to silence them. What exposé has Manasseh not written about how this company has been milking this country dry? Do you hear any of the politicians take the matter up? You claim to have a minimum wage of about 550cedis a month, yet you allow a company you're giving contracts to to uderpay its workers this much. Even that meagre amount too it's not paying.

@@aniateyprosper3114 I am even concerned about how much they are being paid. Are they not reliant on the government to pay them their unpaid 9-month salary? There is so much reliance on the government for everything and that has to change. This is where individuals like us should do our best to come in and create jobs that will pay them more than 250ghs per month. Just watch and see. One problem always yields a solution from elsewhere.
