Kuma is 1st Commander level atleast. He is a founding member of Revolutionary Army. If Ivankov isn't 1st Yonko Commander level ,Crocodile and Marco aren't one either.

Mihawk was suppressed and had a way lower power level because if Mihawk was not suppressed, Zoro would be one shotted. But, the fight lasted longer. so Mihawk power level is lower.

He base form is 3rd commander,he Amaru form is 2nd commander.The reason why he didn't put Enel Amaru form is because Zoro didn't fight Enel in his Amaru form.
Honestly I think they're pretty relative but I'd give BOS Zoro the win purely because he has a strength advantage over luffy and Luffy's weakness at this point are swords. But as the arcs move on Luffy just has a faster growth rate so I feel like around Thriller Bark is when they stop being relative to one another and Luffy is pretty solidly above Zoro as Captain to First Mate, probably the same distance as Roger and Rayleigh
Yes potentialwise zoro definitely gonna be one of the few strongest but having conquerors haki alone doesn't automatically put u at admiral level. Haki amplifies ones power and admirals are probably physically stronger than zoro and also zoro has a time limit on his conquerors coating. Zoro is just under admiral level currently he would still lose to the likes of fujitora. Even in the rankings of sp senpai he is also just under admiral tier just 100 or 200k then he is admiral tier😂
Luffy doesn’t have a sword weakness. Everyone can get cut one way or another so it applies to everyone not just him and zoro needs swords to even be close to luffy in power by that arc
I'm pretty it was stated or shown he is superiour to Arlong but Hody is definetly stronger than Mr. 1 because he easily survived a Shishi Sonson from Post-Timeskip Zoro and Mr. 1 got oneshotted by an Alabasta Zoro Shishi Sonson, so his durability is like 100 times above Mr. 1, I think that's already enough even tho its just durability. About Kaku: I don't really have any arguments right now that he is weaker than Hody but Hody is definetly beating him, he fought a lot stronger opponents
