Yes, a very strong lady, back then, (even if she didn't think so), and also later after the war. She had a very hard time just trying to survive. Bless her, and her husband too for tracking her down and sending her money "just in time" as she was starving to death. Its very sad about her baby's death. But that she was starving and deathly sick theres no way shy could have saved her child. Bless her for telling her story.
This beautiful lady’s survival is miraculous. Some of the people making comments are heartless. Those chastising this incredible woman would not last a day in her shoes because they have no valuable attributes… but perhaps their meaness would keep them alive.
Its probably the same people who are criticizing other testimony survivors and their stories. How much do you want to bet they are just illiterate, rude "Deniers", Who haven't a clue about anything to do with the past. Theres a word, a "term" for these people, besides being troublemakers... they are the "Disbelievers" (or so they say they disbelieve), but not just during and about the traumas, starvation, killings and deaths around the Holocaust and war, but with Everything. They claim that "much of history is exaggerated or a farce, a lie. So all they do is write cynical, negative stuff, "poisoned talk". to get peoples attention. Its a bad excuse for some bad attention. and these people should be ashamed of themselves, but of course they're not.
I know math is hard. 6 million dead is a huge amount of people. If even one percent survive that is a lot of people. This is the same problem that covid deniers have. With covid survival of 99percent means one out of a hundred died. That adds up to millions dead.
@@kathleenmeyers1815 Because of all of us who do not know anything about it so by hearing their lives and testimonies we all get to understand what a genocide and antisemitism causes to our fellow neighbours. To get lost of our ignorance and to grow as a human being in gaining compassion and asking the right questions. This barbaric system can overcome anybody. Rawanda, Myanmar, the Armenian people,…
