Here is an explanation So this puppet is called zozobora it was made for like some type of concert or something I am not sure and then they saw the eyes moving and nobody was behind the eyes so that is the devils 3 eye but they did not find the 4 eye so if they didn't burn it there will be no good luck so they burned it and now that place is cursed and nobody dares go in that place Can I pls have one like tysm

This is why they make a puppet that moves of him and then burn him to forget about the bad memories and things that happened to people.
