Zucchini Brownies! So Moist! So Good! 

My wife picked zucchinis today before watching your video. She jumped up from the couch and ran to the kitchen and started making the brownies before your video ended. She took your suggestion and used black cocoa to make your brownies. The brownies were definitely moist. A plus for me was that they were not super sweet. She said the next time she makes it she would add nuts to it which I’m really looking forward too.

This looks delicious!! Have you ever tried a chocolate beet cake? It’s a chocolate cake with ground beets added. It’s very tasty, and has a great texture. 😋

That little mouse had on a black blouse and got it a little soiled at the beginning of the video! I will surely make these. That mouse may make a trip to my house and take a little out ahead of time. LOL

I just made these brownies , they were absolutely delicious. ❤ My grandkids popped over, and I put them to work by grating the zucchini.😅 Thank you for these amazing recipes!

A very forgiving recipe! I didn’t have a 13x9 pan so used a smaller one. I was all set to pop it in the oven and discovered I forgot the baking soda. I sprinkled it on top and fork stirred it in. STILL delicious! You really can’t mess this one up. Thank you!

I love that you always say, " I know I am going to need a bigger bowl". Next time before you start, set everything out, and then exchange the bowl for a bigger one. You know you need it! 😆 🥣

One of my favorite things to eat in the whole wide world is homemade zucchini bread. I dont believe Ive heard of zucchini brownies but I can sure believe that they are FAB! And by the way, it would also be a great way to sneak in a vegetable on the kids lol. Love ya and God bless you both, Shirley

Finally made these today! OMG!!!!! Absolutely the best brrownies. There is no way that anyone could tell that these were made with zucchini. My daughter and son-in-law are Vegan, and they came over to make dinner for us. I broke my foot on Father's Day. My other daughter is here from Colorado this week, so she and I worked together to make these brownies to have for dessert. Needless to say, everyone loved them, and the pan was nearly empty by the end of the evening. I don't think I could ever make "normal" brownies again. Highly recommend these. Thanks so much for sharing.

Whippoorwill Holler! Woohoo! I stop whatever I’m doing when I see a notification on my phone that you’ve got a new video. I have zucchini coming out of my ears. I’m gonna make some zucchini bread but I think now I’ll give this a try also. I’ve never had zucchini brownies but they sound yummy! 😋 I wish we could smell it! 😝 We’ve got a cool spell here in Ca. Good Saturday afternoon Ms. Lori- Your cookbook, BLESSED TABLE, arrived. I love it! There are some old fashioned recipes that my Grandma Hazel did not have in her New England cookbooks. I also made Instant Potato Soup mix from another episode. Made a cup for lunch and it was amazing! I added a pat of sweet butter and a splash of milk, as I like mine thin. So good! Zucchini in the fridge to make these brownies :-) ~ Diane
