Recipe and ingredients:
Grate 1 zucchini coarsely
Place in a colander
Salt and stir
Leave on for 15 minutes
Squeeze zucchini
Put in a bowl
Grate 1 carrot on a fine grater
Grate 100 grams of cheese
1 potato, grated on a coarse grater
Cut spinach
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, paprika, herbs de Provence
1 clove of garlic
mix well
Grind 70 grams of oat flakes in a blender
Add to vegetables and stir
Leave on for 10 minutes
Form long cutlets
Roll in flour
Pour vegetable oil into a pan
Fry for 4-5 minutes
Turn over and fry for another 4 minutes
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Paprika, dried garlic
cut dill
mix well
