You can just change lenses. And the ZV-E10 has its strengths in the video sector. The sensor is bigger. The images in lowlight are also better depending on the lens. Then they don't make as much noise. I mainly use the ZV-E10 as a second camera for filming music videos. But you also take photos.
Bokeh is difficult with the aperture. At 16mm you have to go a lot to be able to choose the lowest aperture. This is the only way to get some bokeh. For portraits I would choose a different lens.
