@@Hammerton32 that's it. People say he's not accurate but he's got some really goofy shots that he knows how to hit when you fit enough goofy shots it's not really luck

I had him, mateo, and sinner coming up big 2 years ago. Sinner did it, Jack still finding himself or something to the big level and mateo...somebody said he has a poor backhand idk there..
amen but we all know what a troublesome dumbledore that hurkacz is when he's finding that 'pesky tall man streak'. Guy is a lumbeing nuisance when he clicks at that height, no one like him and, hes hardly been seen deep into any tournaments this year come to think of it for me havent seen him in months.
@@gibblewayhe got injured in Wimbledon and had to have surgery. And he wasn’t deep in any tournaments? He has a Quartefinal of the Australian open. He won in Estoril, made quarters of Rome and was in a final in Halle, he was in the quarters of Montreal literally last week. Are you blind?
@@gibbleway He isn't a solid top ten player by "finding streaks." And he had an injury. It might interest you to know you can find that information on this thing called the internet.
Bruh rainclouds got crazy timing to stop the Carlos match mid-tiebreak lmao. Also, best Gael has looked in a LONG time -- serving at an absolutely insane level. Had his chances to actually win this match just on the strength of service. Carlos mayyyy be a bit jaded, but I think it has a LOT more to do with Gael's form than tiredness. The old man did just demolish Alexei off his incredible Montreal run.
Weakest mental strength on tour. For such a talented player, it really is amazing how often he chokes matches away, and he absolutely has to lead the ATP in being the "first top-10 win" for up-and-coming players (even if he's not in the top 10 now).
@@HeavyTopspin when the backhand is so vulnerable that it could be exploited by elite players, it isn't very clear that Stef is as talented as it is made out to be. perhaps a coaching change will remedy it, but to continue to go with the narrative that he is supremely talented comparative to the top 5 is a bit misleading to put it mildly.
@@robertingersoll3039 Never said he was "supremely talented". Given his level of ability, there's no reason he can't make changes to that backhand to bring it up to the level of a Thiem or Wawrinka... but he simply doesn't, which is both failure of him and his coach.
Shame the rain delay stopped the Alcaraz-Monfils match because it's very high quality stuff from both. Monfils at 37 years old playing like that is scarcely believable. I reckon it's 50-50 and it'll depend on who will re-focus better when they return tomorrow after the rain delay.
tsitsipas not handshaking the umpire is the most tsitsipas thing to do, like you lost because you threw your service games not because of something the umpire did.
@@jasthiurkombeda2009 Any time a player you think is much stronger (or is actually much stronger usually) loses a set -> "Bro it has to be match fixing!"
I don't get it. You build a multi-million dollar tournament and you can't find a decent place/angle to place a tv camera so you can actually SEE the action??
Nishioka has to be the most disrespectful Japanese! Always been that way. When he wins then he bows and shakes hands. And when he loses then he comes off as a brat.
It just feels like Monfils never actually gives his 100% and just plays for fun. I have a feeling if he had Djokovic or Nadal's desire to win, then he would be unstoppable, same with Kyrgios. Like some of the points that Monfils, looked like he actually tried, he easily got the point.
Monfils lacks the technique and the handskill to be consistent, Alcaraz also plays for fun (often attempts crazy stuff on important games), yet he wins. He has holes in his game, Alcaraz is way superior to him from a tennistic standpoint. It can eb hard to play well against him on this type of surface because he gives no gaming pace and can be a servebot in his days. That being said, Monfils, according to himself, indeed tries, but he has an inferiority complex against to players, often refers to them as they are untouchable from his standpoint.
@@quentinhirschfeld9382 I see, but certainly I feel Kyrgios to be the biggest 'what if?' of tennis. Man had he actually put in the work and had the mindset, he would've done some incredible things.
Even in the first set, Alcaraz seemed he was half a second behind. Falling back and never really transferring weight into strokes. Maybe its the faster courts and not enough time to prepare?
anyone else missing the clay season. they should do another clay season in November just three weeks. maybe if youre not playing the rip off Davis cup or the end of year top 8 or the junior top 8 then you could play the clay season
Some people hate Tsitsipas for literally no reason. You don't like a player or his personality? It's ok. But there's no need to act like he's the worst person in the world.
There's clowns, abusers and players with shitty behaviour on tour but they don't get the same treatment. So I'm sorry but no, he's not easy to hate. He don't deserve the hate he get.
Nishioka clearly pissed that Hurkacz also slept in, forgot his tennis clothes and had to play in his pyjamas. What are the odds of that happening to two players in the same match?
A Game penalty Nishioka for hitting his racket on the court surface is a little too high, but well, If this rule is in used- with every players- then, Rule is Ruled, whether like it or not. Otherwise, it’s a real shame. Thank you for the highlights.
I have never seen Nishioka lose his cool like that. Is it a thing with him? Stefanos is done it seems and Carlos is working his way back from his poor olympic performance.

Shame on you tistipas cuz you didn't shake your hand with the umpire. Shame on you 😡 Just because you lost your game, was the the fault of the umpire? Shame on you again🙄😡
As a greek fan of tsitsipas im really disappointed, nothing changes and he doesnt improve at all the past 1.5 years, he just doesn't put the effort in to become better.
I don’t why this is what’s catching me eye, but I think this might be Alcaraz’s worst fit of the year. I just don’t like it, but I have liked every other fit he has worn this year.😂
