A lot of money, little quality. My wife has had this Como 4 in green for 2.5 years. It rides wonderfully she says, but there are many negatives. The paint is of very low (American) quality. One small tap on the paint, and you see the bare metal. And so there are already 7 spots on it without varnish. There is no touch-up pen according to the dealer, who is experiencing the same problem. Shame! In addition, there are often engine failures. And of course this happens when you are far away from home. At this moment, the bike doesn't work at all. The tcd2 display remains black. According to the dealer the display battery needs to be charged, but I don't think there is a battery in it. Next week we must go to the dealer to have it repaired. Of course, the warranty is over. The bike does not have anti-puncture tires. And fixing this flat tire yourself is almost impossible. So, against my principles, we took the bike away 2x. A €40 each time (inner tube will be replaced) And the brakes squeak loudly when it rains. This is normal, says the dealer. I think it's ridiculous. Then every cyclist with such brakes should be bothered by it. My wife is almost ashamed. Also, the connection to the App is often lost. Also with the new specialized app. Her phone is an s24. We are disappointed in Specialized.
