Great race! But I have one question. I've seen videos of you playing a few times. Each time, you attempt a final sprint from a sitting position rather than a standing position. Is there any special reason? Does high cadence in the sitting position enable higher power?
I’ve done a LOT of sprints in Zwift (and outside). What I’ve found is, if I’m fatigued, I sprint better seated at high cadence. If my legs are fresh, I can put out a bit more power standing. But I’m rarely fresh enough at the end of a Zwift race.
