Zy0x is reallllllyyyy tolerant with his chat. So before watching the video i just know the people who have been banned are genuinely terrible and or the weirdest people ever.
As someone who is chatter in his streams sometimes and watches his streams I know he puts up with so much and he’s literallly so lenient. If he talks about his life like anything like his grandma who was in a hospital or his family members in Palestine people will tell him to stop “yapping” or “no politics” but that’s literally his family bro. Like I don’t get it. Zy0x is a such a decent person and he’s a saint for putting up with this much and giving second chances. I know he must have felt so uncomfortable when there were messages sexualising him or him and zajef. On another note though, I do personally think it’s funny to lightly tease Zy0x when he’s playing and I genuinely think Nick enjoys the banter that happens in chat, but I do think there is a certain point where is goes too far, and it’s hard for a big crowd like the chatters to know where to stop and for the modders to see where to stop people for going over the line. With that said I am so grateful to the modders looking for problematic messages and regulating the chat. I love tuning into Zy0x streams and I try not to look at chat because I know it’ll ruin it for me. My heart goes out to Zy0x’s relatives in Palestine and everyone in Palestine trying to live day by day ❤❤

I could not make it through the video. I was fully expecting this one to be the usual light hearted video of zy0x clips that i watch to warm my heart, but that wasn't the case. I really appreciate zy0x for standing up against inappropriate behaviour- towards underage people and towards himself too. My gentle message to all of you who got banned- please reflect on your actions, you can still learn and change from this Being "weird" is fine as long as you don't make the other person uncomfortable, zy0x may seem to you like he won't take inappropriate comments seriously, but he has feelings too. For weaboos, it's a good thing because they think they love Japanese culture. However, people in Japan see weaboos in a negative light as since they consider these people to be highly disrespectful of their culture. The same applies to loli. Its a word that translates to kid, but western degens are the people who generally use it in combination with English with a weird connotation on it. It's just a messy issue overall, but I think caution is warranted around people who use it in an English-only stream

wasn't going to comment on this but since apparently everyone's giving their serious takes i wanted to chip in too. i obviously do agree with zy0x denying the really weird people esp. the ones that were making jokes in clear bad taste about underage characters and the ones making weird comments directly towards zy0x, however some appeal denies felt like they were instabans just because they happened to contain a word that could be taken sexually in SOME context + an underaged character or whatever you want to call it. for example, i can't believe he was indecisive about whether to unban the guy who said "naked bailu" in the context of GEAR. just because the chatter's words could be taken in the wrong context doesn't mean the chatter is a weirdo. didn't justify a ban in the first place imo, just a timeout at most. at least he ended up unbanning them but there should have been zero debate imo. another example is the "clara waifu" person, obviously that was a really weird thing to say but the "HUH" after that along with the chatters explanation saying that they were repeating something they saw in chat suggests its literally not even their words. obviously it could be considered weird but i really can't see how that's a permaban just for that. final example is the "pyro loli" thing. like yeah, there's some controversy around the word, but they didn't use the word inappropriately at all, they just said it and that's it. how is that a permaban? these examples are all cases of messages that COULD be taken in a weird way just because they HAPPENED to contain a word that COULD be taken sexually, but all of them were taken out of context purposely and were absolutely not reflective of how the chatter is as an individual. keep in mind zy0x has made sus jokes about ambiguously aged characters in the past, and they were in good humour with no weird intention. so why he's so intolerant of people who clearly aren't weirdos, i don't understand. additionally, i really don't agree with zy0x skipping through appeal messages or denying someone just because "it rubbed him the wrong way." his stream, his rules, but it's really not a fair or professional way to run a moderation system imo. finally, someone being "cringe" is never a valid argument against someone, the word literally has no objective negative meaning and should never be used as an argument in a serious context. i really like watching zy0x and he seems like a great guy but this does not give me an entirely great feeling for his moderation system's fairness. a large amount of his denies were obviously good decisions but i can't entirely agree with the idea that he's "too lenient." nonetheless, i ask that people remain respectful about this. this is only my opinion and does not affect anyone else. you are free to hold your own opinion.

@@thundernix sorry, i mean this in a nice way, but did you actually read my comment? my entire point was that many of the rejections weren't even people being weird, it's just zy0x rejecting people because he arbitrarily decided he didn't like it (possibly due to external pressure reasons or just personal bias, but i won't speculate further, that's not the point).
