Dr Bruno Silva talks about his experience with zygomatic implants. At Brighton Implant Clinic we have been placing zygomatic implants since 2013. These implants are quite different to conventional implants in that they are placed away from the usual bone positions of the mouth. The zygomatic implants are inserted into the cheekbone and they provide strong support for upper fixed teeth. that depends on the complexity of treatment. I would recommend that you seek to get a thorough dental implant assessment and then your dentist will be able to go through the costs in detail with you

We hope that they would last forever however nothing is guaranteed. In our clinic we have been placing implants since 2013 and since have had multiple patients benefit from this treatment. Some cases are more complex than others and hence the chances of success will vary from patient to patient.
