Woke up 5h(7:30) ago went to the gym worked out for 1h(9:30am-10:30am) plus a sort swim(15 min). Now eating breakfast eggs, fruit and a cup of coffee (no cream or sugar).
It’s always good to train, just remember injuries do happen, so rest days are important, don’t listen to your ego when your body needs rest, I should know cuz it’s happen to me. Stay strong kings 💪

I literally just got back from the gym. i'm helping one of my good friends get into fitness. i still have work to do myself but i gotta help my boy out. stay strong everyone! 💪
was incredibly fatigued and wanted to stay home. i didnt wanna go at all. you bet your ass i went at that moment. nothing worth it to you will be easy kings. keep grinding 💪🙏
Man it's so hard to manage fasting, prayers, college and personal life at the same time. I am getting 0 time for Gym. And I don't want to work out with 4-5 hours of sleep. It just feels wrong and would tax me more. Eh I feel like going to the gym only on weekends
@@akidmuzaffar yeah. I don't have good streets or parks near my house, its a complete mess. I used to cry about not having good facilities around me and make excuses but now I changed it for good, instead of crying I started doing what I can and focus on improving... It's just 3 days but I am super proud of myself😊
man i can't afford gym 💀 i can't afford high protein diet 💀 i think calisthenics is useless💀 all I'm doin is cardio to shred fat and see my newbie gains💀
