I am a 3rd generation custom harvester who married an electrician. However, God had different plans. We chased the ripening wheat from south to north for over 40 years.
Spring 2023, we made a life change. The combine was sold and now we seek those moments which include a combine and a wheat field.
So lovely when you get a nice hot sunny day and you can just keep going and get in as much as you can if there is a chance of rain in the night it will hold you up a little catch you both in the next video
So lovely to see you both working in the combine again and also nice to get some extra work there as well when you all ready there catch you both in the next video
So lovely to see your smiles when you back in the combine harvesting and looked like a nice thick crop going into the combine catch you both in the next video
I’ve been a subscriber since you made this video and I instantly subscribed. I noticed the high quality of your videos. Chase Kansas caught my attention since I live around 30 miles east of there. Wheat harvest is a big deal in central Kansas. Thanks.
Sharon Kansas is the home of Martina McBride. Your videos were very good even back in 2014. I hope you continue to make more videos. Your videos are excellent in 2024. Thanks.
I had to come back to comment. My mom took pictures along I-94, both 35mm slides and 8mm movies. But it wasn't I-94 in the early 1950s, I think it was a US hwy 1 or 2, it was narrow 2 lanes, and wandered a lot more. It went thru every settlement with more than 2 houses. Although a lot of it looked the same, especially the bad lands. And a lot fewer people and cars. More cattle, less grain. Lots of billboards. You see a lot of John Deere combines and tractors. I wonder how moving to Mexico will effect sales? Along with the farmers fighting to work on their own equipment. But the people losing what they thought were forever jobs hurts everybody. Thanks for sharing your trips, I love the scenery! You pick good music, too. Always a thumbs up!
Yes, there was something most definjtely wrong. When I edited it, I even turned the volume up. Not sure what happened. I can’t remember if I had the window down or not. So sorry!
@@ZeorianHarvestingTrucking don’t be sorry… it’s always great to see your pretty face… even if we couldn’t hear you… 😀 Great to see you and Jim at any time
You just do all kinds of things when you’re not in a combine!!! I’m sure there is no shortage of things to do around the farm, at least there wasn’t when I was a kid living on one. My dad could always find something for us to do. Hopefully you will have been back in the combine by this time (it’s the 30th). It’s going to be hot this week here in central Oklahoma too, in the 90’s. I’m ready for fall weather. It’s pretty cool of the morning-in the 50’s, but it warms up fast.
Yeah summer is hanging on too long down here in south central Kansas. Still in the 80s and somtimes 90s even !! Love the fall harvest videos for sure !! We used to harvest milo and beans mostly. Football and harvest are two wonderful things aren't they !! Please keep the videos coming we love them so much !!❤
Lovely to see you back in your day works home and making you smile again Tracy and you will very soon be back in the thick of it and wishing for a days rain so you can have rest and also nice to see jim harvesting some beans and was also nice to see the sun dog and a wonderful sun set and catch you both again in the next video
Hello Tracey!..... nice to see you back making videos for us! Total change in scenery from the last time we saw you in a combine up in Montana. Bet you're happy to be back in a NH combine! They gotta get you in a CR 11. What a monster! Looking forward to your corn harvest videos... You all be safe out there!
I'm kinda new to your channel and I love your content, it's educational and this might sound funny, but I like your choice of music, its very soothing!
A great big Iowa hello to Tracey and Jim!!!!!!! How absolutely wonderful to hear from you and feel back in the harvest mode again - yeah!!!!!!!!! The video was so enjoyable and of course, great to catch up with amazing friends!!!!!!!!❤ I love it that you drive the school bus and are connected to the school system and the Kids!!!!! I think that is great. You are just the right kind of person we need to be with the kids. You said that you bused the football team, that is kind of a honor the way I look at it!!!!! Very good Tracey; those older young people are so fortunate to have you as a mentor; as they grow into adulthood they will always remember you; that is the way small communities work!!!!!! Now back to farming. I always enjoy your clips of Kermit, he is quite the character!!!!!!! Glad to hear both you and Jim are back in the combines. Know Jim has been at it for a while, but can tell you are so pleased to be back in the combine for fall harvest season. You situation with green crops and high moisture is the same around Iowa also. A lot depends on when it was planted and the ground the crop is on. The corn you filmed looked really good I thought from the video. I know what you mean by taking a bit to get used to combining corn 🌽 again. Sure different from huge fields of wheat. Corn is its own master so to speak. And I know what you mean about doing the end rows; You never know what’s hiding in there. Knowing you, you do an excellent job with it. Must feel good being back in the combine and starting fall harvest season. Really kind of early yet it seems. Every location has its own schedule so to speak. Corn harvest seems to me to be its own master and we just help it along whether it be planting or combining!!!!!! It was fun catching up to Jim in his combine in the beans. Guess you said you were starting beans also. Not saying I didn’t enjoy beans but always seemed beans were more work and the corn more enjoyable to harvest. Probably just old me - ha!!!!!!!! About it I guess for now. Looking forward to the next video!!! Seems just like old times you and Jim both harvesting again. Good old Midwest harvest season - nothing like it, if a person has never experienced it!!!!!! Heartfelt blessings to you both!!!!! Wonderful to be back in the swing of things. You both take care and be safe. Thanks for the fantastic video and being with you in the combine again!!!!!!!! The Iowa farm boy. Steve 😊👍🙏🌽👋💕💕🇺🇸
