Great breakdown of HVAC marketing strategies! The emphasis on local SEO, Google Ads, and having a professional website is spot on. I've been exploring different tools to improve my marketing tasks, and Field Rocket caught my eye. Have you used it alongside these strategies? Also, how does it compare with platforms like Nicejob for managing reviews and branding efforts?
@@KevinHarris-contractor I haven’t heard of field rocket. I’d say for crms your best options are the ones I have provided in my description. (Service titan, housecall pro, jobber, workiz) some other decent ones are service fusion. All depends on where you’re at in your business. As for review management. Some crms have it built in but I don’t find them to be as good as something like nice job. It’s the best value one IMO on the market, although some other expensive options exist like podium but it is typically 3-5x the price as they do a bunch of different things all in one.
Hey, great question. As every website has different needs, such as SEO or specific features pricing varies. Reach out to me directly here as I handle the contact forms.. siegedigitalmarketing.com/contact-us/
Technically no, but people do a lot of interesting things to get more reviews. In my opinion, should probably focus on delivering better customer service if you have to do that. Hahaha.
Great video. I'm wondering if you'd comment on the order of importance/value of building out a content generation system for the various socials vs. running effective google ad campaigns, specifically for a general contractor business. How would you rank the 2 strategies?
Great question. Just to make sure I understand your question. You are asking whether content across social media has a bigger impact or whether it is more/less important than Google ads? When it comes to marketing, I don’t think relying on any 1 channel is smart. If that channel suddenly struggles so does the business. With that said, I like to rank thinks based on what would have the biggest/quickest impact first. I obviously would put effort into all of them but here’s what I generally would say. 1. Get as many Google reviews as possible as often as possible. Every thing else whether social or seo or Google ads will just work better if you have a good reputation. Then it’s just a matter of choice… Social channels are becoming very heavy pay to play. You don’t get much reach without running ads. However, those that have strong videos, content, and have budge for social ads can definitely see success. Google ads, can be a challenge, especially competitive markets, but if done correctly can provide reliable source of leads. Maybe not the best ROI channel but IMO the easiest to scale. Something like SEO, well that’s a long term play, if you’re going to rely on it and you don’t have any rankings yet, you will likely won’t see your return for 1 year or more. This is why everything together makes sense rather than look whether Google ads is better or worse than a strong content strategy on social.Customers use many different platforms. So having some base on all of them will help. Hopefully I answered your question!
Great question! Yes they do, and you can require it for all employees as well. As for security for things like payments this is a blurb from their site. “How safe is it to process payments? Stripe is equipped with bank level security to keep your information as well as your customers information safe and secure. All cards processed through HouseCall Pro and Stripe are encrypted on disk with AES-256. The decryption keys are stored on a separate device. This means that as soon as a customer's card is scanned using the HouseCall Pro mobile app or input into the HouseCall Pro Web Portal, it is secured and unretrievable by the user.” Hope this helps!
Can you do a video on Field Rocket us? It is a app that does scheduling, estimating, invoicing but also promotes your business with automatic website posts about the work you've done so I think its supposed to boost your SEO. I can't find content on it. But ive been told its free to start so maybe you could review it
Can you do a video on fieldrocket us? It's supposed to automatically promote/market your business at the same time as you schedule/estimate/invoice. Ive Heard good things but don't know much about it so looking for content on it
Hi Chevie how much would it cost for you to set me up properly im a one man show been in business since 2019 but I just moved to another part of the state of Florida that I didn’t service before so it’s like I’m starting from scratch again.
Hey, typically we work with businesses of a minimum size for success on both sides. If you’d like, you can reach out siegedigitalmarketing.com/contact-us/
Hey Chevie , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with Best Quality Editing in your videos which visually appeal to audience and would increase average view duration and will also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will overall help your videos to reach to a wider audience ? Pls let me know what do you think ?
It depends on the business. If you are getting hundred or thousands of customers per month then worth it. If you are only getting 20-50, you could likely do it successfully manually.
Great question. Its not creating multiple websites for example website1[dot]com Websjte2[dot]com But instead creating pages within your website dedicated to the locations you serve. website1[dot]com/location-1 website1[dot]com/location-2 The reason is so that you show Google and customers that you serve that area or city. Google shows results locally, so doing the same search in two parts of the same city can show different results.
I think it's reasonable to buy some reviews, especially when starting out, as long as your intentions are genuine and you aim to improve your sales. I got a little help from Fame Growers for reviews, and afterward, I noticed a significant increase in my customer base. Great video, by the way!
I CHECKED PUBBY ON TRUST PILOT ANDTHERE ARE OVER 66% PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE TAKING MONEY OUT OF BANK ACCOUNTS AND PEOPLE AR PAYING FOR NO REVIEWS. PEOPLE CANCELLING AND THAT IF AMAZON FIND OUT YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM KDP. SO SEAN CAN YOU EXPLAIN ABOUT PUBBY AS THE REVIEWS ARE BAD ON TRUST PILOT. I WANT TO TRUST YOU BUT UNDERSTAND YOUR TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM AFFLIATING .
People don’t go to Facebook to look for any business. People don’t listen to the radio to look for an hvac company. People don’t watch tv to look for an hvac company. People don’t look at billboard to look for an hvac company. Yet…. All of these areas get exposure, get in front of your ideal client and can eventually lead to someone choosing your company. Facebook can be a great tool for companies to get leads and exposure, even if people are not there for that in the first place.
Great question! The biggest difference is probably price, I believe service titans reviews is part of their “marketing pro” tool set. I know they also have an ads pro feature which looks pretty good! Likely, the tools will accomplish the same thing and there wouldn’t necessarily be a need to switch.
Let my pillar page keyword is 'sql accounting' and 2 supporting pages and keywords are "sql accounting download" and "sql accounting price" How should I do my GMB review toward these 3 pages, Should put google review snippet on all 3 pages but if i did so, then google will detect as duplicate content, althought overall content of three page is different? (this question i ask chatgpt, it said it might caused duplicate content you put similar GMB review snippet at 3 pages, It is True?) Or is there a way, at my GMB review, I can set different pages of reviews for different url in my respective pages, but i think so got such features, then how html code on wordpress on this page categorised review by pages. PLEASE HELP
Thank you a lot, you helped me a lot) That was the problem I needed to solve, and you're the one who helped me with that) Would be also nice if you recorded a video about "How to integrate CallRail step-by-step") Thanks again!)
I have my service area picked on on Local Service Ads but they keep giving me leads outside my area. They are still charging me for it. Everytime i dispute the charge they immediately deny the dispute. Out of 8 leads i only snagged 1...
Several companies with separate business names, you’d need separate accounts. However if you have multiple gmb listings with the same business this should work fine! Great question!
When using LSA be prepared to be charged for calls that are non related to the services you provide. The dispute system is controlled by artificial intelligence and not real people so you will be charged for calls that you shouldn't be charged for. On average i pay 200 per week for calls that are non related to the services i provide. Of course i dispute the calls but the ai system denies the dispute.
