I am grateful for this video and deeply inspired by your journey. Wishing you much more success ahead! Thank you for sharing these valuable insights and reminding us to be patient with our RU-vid growth. - lyryca b.
Can you only check if someone is publicly subscribed if you’re using a desktop? When I click on the accounts of people who have commented on my videos there is nothing anywhere that would verify if they’re subbed or not. By the way I checked on accounts I already know are subbed to my channel but there is nothing I can find that’s confirms that
That's so motivational to see, especially for us small RU-vidrs who just started their channel! Some day, the hard work will pay off. Thanks for showing!
I was spamming it for like 1 hour and watching it on youtube studios and my views were stuck on 635 after i watched myself and. On my friends and others devices it was on 635 too but 1 week later it went back to 52 views
Congrats on this! Although we’re in completely different niches, it’s nice to get a feel of how much we can ‘expect’ once we monetize as smaller channels. Best of luck continuing to grow your channel!
biggest accomplishment so far is 10 lets go for 1k then after that 10k then 10k a zero for every goal complete is a really good way to set it my friend set that and hes on his way to 100 k
It all depends and averages out over time. There are agents that struggle to get a 1% conversion. Also that is from the ‘total leads’ the additional connection leads are leads that specifically said they are not ready to speak to an agent, so those are very long term nurture, if anything. And that skews the average down. From live connections I converted 3.4% which is a bit better. Also keep in mind this current market is very high interest rates and that makes for a lot of buyers not converting, rethinking and overall lower transaction. There really is no “normal” as there are so many factors. I definitely played the volume game in getting 669 leads is more than 50/month, so if I got less leads I would probably be able to manage it a lot better and have a higher conversion rate.
To make that cap you have to sell on average 5 houses a year which for a new agent would be very difficult. There are also other franchises that don't charge this fee. You also have to pay part of your commission to join a team or have a personal coach. Oh and that book that you found so helpful that was authored by Mr. Keller himself is so outdated having been published in year 2004, Lol.
It’s not the right company for everyone. You do pay but lots of agents see the value in that. And in any team model you are paying a commission to join a team. The book is old but I believe many of the principles remain the same in building a structured organization and the foundations of real estate lead generation haven’t changed much. Plus you can plug the new methods (digital ads, social media, etc) in the same model and it works.
Each office different most about 12-18k in the US. The franchise cap is additional 3k no matter where you are. I’m in NYC higher priced cost of living, rent, sale prices, etc. mine is $26k
@@marios-milonas honestly… that’s insane. REAL’s cap is 12k. And it looks like you do a lot of work from home from your studio… not even trying to recruit man, but it’s one (of the 200) reasons I left KW :/
It’s not that hard, but you have to define what you mean by earn a million dollars? Then you need to think about million dollar math. Eg how do I earn £114 ph for every hour, or get 1000 people to buy a 1000 dollar product or service, or get 1000 people to pay you 83 per month. When you have the objective you can work back and find a solution to get there. Although of course if you want a million in profit or in your bank then you will need to do 3-5million in sales depending on your margin
Thanks for this. I found Google Chrome's built in QR Code generator (May 2024) by clicking the Three Dots in the top right corner, then clicking 'Save and Share' then clicking 'Create QR Code'.
