"Toyota asks that you put two zip ties here." Really? I could find nothing from Toyota regarding installation . No instructions in my kit either. Pretty disappointed with Toyota. However, thank YOU for this video. I will be doing this on my 21 TRD Pro tomorrow. 🙏🙏🙏
I bought A 2019 used , It has the kit installed but it is not working. I have a feeling that clip must have fell off because I hear the actuator clicking
Just installed the same after watching your video. Great how to vid! Toyota wanted 2 hours to install and thanks to your video it took me 45 to 60 minutes.
I just invested in a Schraam Industrial Compressor similar to the one in the video. I am so psyched to start dustless blasting. It is still too cold here in Pa but as it gets warmer....
Glass medium has a closed cell structure that prevents it from sticking to the walls inside the lungs. It's then expelled from the body like any other 'normal' airborne particulate. However, lead based paint is a different story and it's highly likely this tractor is covered in it. Should be wearing full face masks for this sort of work.
I had to replace my thermostat housing for my 96 ex now I have a coolant leak where it connects to the inlet tube I can’t find anything on it is there a chance you know anything about it?
awesome start ,do you have any info for an engine rebuild kit ? ,i was told my 400 was biggest tractor in the valley back in the day and had done tons of heavy custom work it still runs strong but is using up to two quarts of oil if i give it a good workout thanks TANK
Nice content but Should of disconnect wire harness from fire wall, all motor mount and whatever connect from fire wall to engine, to save time on lower back
I’ve got a 1969 Case 541 originally from Minster OH right down the road from Rockford. Are you taking new jobs/willing to look at some pics of it? It’s in better shape than the 400 in this series.
After owning my 98 EX Coupe since 2013 we are pulling the engine to put in a rebuilt. Thanks for the videos as it covers above and beyond what I’ll be doing but the reassembly will be invaluable.
Im watching all your videos on this build, I’m about to do the same thing with the same engine. Do you have any videos of the car engine running? Love to hear what she sound like after it get complete! Great series!
@@OhioLiving Awesome! Can’t wait to see it. I’m really looking forward to doing a rebuild on mine. I have 2 d16y8 motors. I’m building one stock just like you and the other I am building for boost later on down the road.
great work dear, I am planning to get rebuild engine of my civic. I still have few queries in this regard as mostly recommend to just replace the engine assembly, that is short over here now a days. could you please have some time to give me ans of my queries.
My understanding is that the OEM product IS the Pop N Lock. Did that change at some point? Anyone know for sure? If this is now a Toyota option, is it port-installed or factory-installed? Southeast Toyota Distributors offers this as an accessory, but I am not clear if that is a Toyota part or a rebranded Pop N Lock part. What is the factory part number and price?
