Standard on all Camaro, unfortunately, anyone can put contaminated stuff in your tank. I wish it had a locking gas cap. Prevents sabotage. Not sure I like that feature

Just worked on mine today tried the bubble test was getting plenty of bubbles ,when I wold release cap it had no pressure on it. Cleaned the seat for radiator cap and tighten ears on cap bubbles gone ,if your cap is not seating it will loose water ,hoping this is my problem. I was not loosing alone of water but some.
Hey brother I am currently going through this process, I removed both tanks sending them off to get cleaned, t660 sat for years and we ran it with bad diesel, won’t startup now so I’m removing all supply hoses maybe return also.. worried the fuel pump clogged, so im going to run a setup like yours tomorrow to get some clean fuel through it, so my question is, how did you prime the fuel pressure since it doesn’t have a manual type pump? Hey man. I just got this catch can and there are so many installation threads routing things in different ways. Did you cap your valve cover port and run air from the intake to the valley plate port? Or did you cap your valley plate port and one valve cover port and run a line from the intake to one of your valve covers? Talked to Dave who owns MM, and he recommends the latter set up due to restrictive flow into the valley plate port. Just curious how you did it, and if it has worked for you?
So you used two gallons of fuel and the cleaner correct ? And just let it run , how long do you recommend to let it run ? And I will also turn mine off and allow it to soak over night .
The valve clearances for both intake and exhaust are from .006 to .010 inches. To find TDC rotate counterclockwise until the number 1 on the flywheel lines up with the timing mark on the plate. Check if the rockers on cylinder 1 are loose. If not rotate 360 degrees. To put cylinder 2 at TDC rotate counterclockwise until the number 2 on the flywheel lines up the same way.
Im in NC as well and Im trying to get into end dumping and was wondering can i haul a Mac 6 axle end dump its 36ft 102 wide and 92 tall and would my day cab need to have a tri axle on it looking at Frightliner Cascadia and International Prostar? I have been looking into companys to work for before hand as well
some trucks have air operated heater controle vales most times in the bunk and if they go bad it will push air right into the cooling system F/L was bad for this also a cylinder that is not fireing because of loss of combustion will also pass the the test and will push air into the cooling system.
sure reefer not everyone cup of tea but i like reefer for fact with reefer miles are better per trip for the most part where on dry van you can get alot of short miles and sometime have to do more than one load a day and nice about reefer i can haul temp control frozen or dry freight where with dry freight all you can do is dry freight iam on dedcated from east to west and get to sleep nights and drive days 98% of the time i just think there more options with reefer yes the waiting sometimes sucks but i dont go thur that ofen myself i do drop and hook for most part
My truck sounds just like that after turbo wen out and I put a use one it started making that sound and blowing a lot of white smoke mechanic said the engine wen out and need to be replaced but the truck starts it’s weird I feel like it’s the injectors
I’ve used the Lucas and power Services cleaner products. I never actually knew they worked until My friends Pete With Detroit would blow Fire out exhaust and lope like crazy on start up and would finally idle once it warmed up. I recommended Lucas Cleaner/ and Power services products to him and he asked how much should he put in his tank. I said try whole Gallon and then half gallons for a week and see it it works. About a week later We fired our trucks up in the morning and it purred like a kitten. Smooth as Can be. Total believer in it after that. Great example of a product that works in this video.
