Your narration skills have improved! I never flew on the jet version of this, but flew on the prop version. In fact!! I flew on Air Wisconsins very first Dornier 328. It wasnt even painted in United colors yet! We took off out of Grand Junction Colorado, and had to return on one engine shortly after takeoff. Let me tell you, that was scary! We were crabbing in for landing and I saw one airport fire truck waiting for our landing. I was a non rev, so they cancelled the flight and I didnt have much money. I ended up staying overnight at a Motel 6 if I remember correctly. Managed to make it home the next day. What a crazy first time on the plane! Flew in the 328 the next day and it was awesome.
Thanks! And that sounds awesome!! I would have been a little scared too but I trust the pilot’s judgment (flight training for my multi is gonna be fuuuuun 😂) that would have been frustrating to stay there when you’re almost broke. Sounds like me when I plan these trips and they don’t go according plan lol

Great video, much appreciate it. As much as I love the C402 the Tecnam does look much more comfortable inside. Too bad there are some issues with the aircraft that is causing Cape Air some trouble. I hope they get it fixed as the 402's are not getting younger. Tough decision with the heat as you are in the air but turning around with give you another landing and takeoff in such a fun aircraft to fly on. Ron is amazing a legend
Your support is appreciated! The 402s are kinda starting to fade so hopefully the cabin heat becomes less of an issue later on. I had some time in MBL so I could have easily afforded another take off and landing with the time I had!
I went and pored over some photos and they match my suspicions: Yes, Norwegian's old fleet has WiFi. NO, Norwegian's new planes do not. And that includes all but 4 of their Maxes. Norwegian has retained four MAX planes from their old fleet, SE-RTA/B/C and SE-RYC. These four planes are all 5 years old, delivered before the pandemic. Norwegian have once again started taking delivery of new planes in 2023, and they are from a different lessor and have no WiFi. Tldr, if the Norwegian plane was delivered before the pandemic, it has WiFi. If it was delivered after the pandemic, it doesn't.
Quick follow up before anyone comments that Norwegian isn’t the flag carrier of Norway. I go into filming these with minimal research so I don’t know what to expect in order to give a fair review. Yes Norwegian is not the “flag carrier”, this would be like saying that Southwest is the flag carrier of America. Before this video’s publication I have always assumed that being a “flag carrier” simply meant that it represents the country of registration simply due to the name and the go to for most country locals. Furthermore, the lack of WiFi on the first flight had nothing to do with Norwegian Air Sweden vs Norway. The MAX aircrafts are newer and had not gotten WiFi installed yet. On the other hand, the -800s have been around for a while and they have had the internet for a bit. Technically both aircrafts were Sweden registered however the flight number for the second leg was a Norwegian Air Norway flight number (DY817)

I love easyJet, great staff and planes. Yes, things can go wrong here and there, but it's not a bus you can't just 'get on or off' whenever you want. Read the Terms and Conditions of Travel, respect them, and they will respect you as a customer.
CEO for new pacific is trash. Guy doesn’t know f**k what he is doing. We have 3 planes which 1 was being hold hostage because company couldn’t pay for the repairs after it was done, we got kicked out of Ontario double tree for the company not paying the bill, one of our flight attendants was accused of sexual harassment 3 times, a coworker and two hotel guest were assaulted and a police report on him and he still working for the company. Can’t keep a flight attendant director of management in place because they all keep quoting because management and the CEO keeps asking us to break FAA regulations. We gave up on flying to Asia now and solely focused on charter flights now. 70% of the company was sold off to a company called Elevate Aviation, and tons of lay offs happened because the company doesn’t have money. The CEO had to borrow money from of the directors in the company to bail out a plane for maintenance. This company is a mess. Do not apply for this company. You’re better off applying for any other airline but this one.
Yeah I think we all saw this one coming. NP was a ticking time bomb ever since that incident after their inaugural in Las Vegas. It was never a matter of “if”. It was “when”

If you ever make a new video on them and you need some drama let me know. I have lots of dirt on this company as a ex employee.
I fly Norwegian Airlines alot, it gets me to where I need to be, staff are fantastic, pilots are ace. If you want to moan less then get on a bigger plane. Everyone has an opinion, mine n your opinions are completely different.
If you sit right next to the Window, you can't see outside because the Window is too low. So this is the perfect Seating position. It's better to lean over then to bend down to see outside.
If thart makes sense..no it doesn't , it's not being used as a VIP, it's filling the gap on the SKD, it will soon be gone,and 30 pax CRJ will replace it in just a few weeks.
Actually, yes. It is used as a VIP or charter aircraft. Contour has a good few CRJ-200 aircraft configured with these cabins to be used for large group charters, music artists, etc. Maybe do your research before writing a comment next time. :)
I work for Contour and yes we do own them. The are primarily used for charter and music tours. As said in the vido bio the airline is delayed with deliveries which has resulted in these operating when needed.
KMBL is my home base! Kinda cool to see familiar faces of the Cape Air crew and airport staff. Also, I recognize the 965CA aircraft. I remember it from a previous outbound trip to CHI. Pilot runs up the engines to full power and we start rolling down the runway just to power down before takeoff. I forgot exactly what the issue was, but the pilot indicated something wasn't right and had to abort takeoff. Fortunately, there was another aircraft there so our flight swapped planes.
