Aww your kids’ sweet little voices were so precious! ❤❤ Your daughter is a mini you! Screen time is such a big problem in our house I feel like. My mom set a time limit on tv time for my sister and I during the summertime in middle school. I have been wanting to do that with my kids too. Your homemade hamburger buns look fabulous! 😍 Ugh when I found out about Only Fans I just thought it was just awful that girls would put themselves on there to exploit their bodies. I’ve never seen it, only heard about it. I just say for people like that and who are so lost that they need Jesus and I really hope they find him.
I was born into the Catholic faith, however now I attend other churches .... Baptist, Pentecostal etc. I feel that all churches I attend follow similar teachings. As long as they are preaching from the Bible I feel like I'm in God's home 🏡
As the Word of God says, God is searching for those whose hearts are truly His. Now more than ever, I am determined to live whole-heartedly for my Savior. God is so good and Christ paid such a high price for us. God bless you dear Kelsey. I appreciate your boldness and I know you are a light...God bless you and your dear family...Sherri-Idaho
I love all these verses. Looking at my daily and weekly screen time is an eye opener! I am going to make a rule for myself to only watch screen time while I am washing dishes. Any other time, I am not to be in my phone
This is soo good! My family recently decided to cut out all things that are not God honoring. It’s been almost 2 weeks and there is a DRASTIC difference in my children, my environment and my mindset. What a good word sis! God bless you❤
I love your videos, and even though I don't agree with you about everything concerning your faith, I do enjoy your content, and it is very inspiring. ❤
Thank you for another great video! I have just checked my screen time, and I was shocked - 5h21min on average 😲 I definitely need to spend less time on my phone, and be more intentional about my day. Pure religion is to keep oneself unstained by the world, so I have to review my priorities. Have a blessed day!
I really enjoyed your message. As for your cobbler, I’m sure it was a hit, but you were concerned about the crust. I have a suggestion…instead of baking the crust in the pan by pressing it down on the bottom, cook your peaches as you normally would then grease your pan, pour your peaches in the pan and then crumble the crust over the peaches so it becomes a crumble topping and it won’t be soggy and it will come out crisp and the peaches will be delicious. You just made a peach crumble or peach crisp. I hope you will try this suggestion as it seems like you were a little disappointed in your attempt to make a crust for your peaches. I think it will turn out like you hoped it would, but nevertheless even your first attempt I’m sure was delicious.
The recipe was for a cobbler, not a crisp, but I'm not sure the difference? Yes! I need to just do what you said. I love the crisp piece more than crust anyway! Thank you 😊
@@faithfulacresfarmhouse Crisp is an oat, sugar, butter topping OR a flour, butter, sugar mix sprinkled over the top of the fruit. Cobbler is a biscuit dough rolled out & placed over the top of the fruit.
Can you please put in the comment section the bible verse your using just the bible verse thanks so that i can study it myself love your video honoring God

Thank you for sharing THE WORD OF GOD ALMIGHTY. Be blessed. MAY THE LORD'S SPIRIT continue using us to Spread THE GOSPEL OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST
I hear you! I just looked at mine and apparently Wednesdays I tend to just let podcast videos play 🙈. It's crazy how much we use the screen without realizing it.
A little tidbit of a realization I had this week that kind of relates is that God doesn’t care how many “cool” things you did throughout your life. He cares about your virtues, your faith, and your works. I’ve lived the last couple years doing “cool” things like learning new skills, traveling, starting new hobbies, etc because I always thought about how I would feel looking back on my life from my deathbed mourning that concert I never went to, that song I never learned on the guitar, that language I never learned to speak, or that book I never read. It wasn’t until I went to my first funeral this week that I snapped out of it and realized God wasn’t judging that persons soul based off any of those things. God was looking for how much that person invited him into his life, how they lived out a life imitating Christ, how much they prayed, went to confession, etc. I feel like I have a new lease on life and while having these “cool” skills and experiences will still have a place in my life, never again will I idolize those things and put them above what GOD will be showing me I did with my life when I die. I’m sad it took me this long to realize it but so glad I have now.
Wow! That is beautiful! You are so right. I needed that reminder! I’m reading your post to my husband and planning on reading it to our boys. God Bless!
They have to live with their sins but do not push it on us!!! I love everyone but I’m not going to agree with it. My cousin is gay and I love him but I’m not in agreement with it. And to change the gender that God made you no way that’s right. But of course I’m a sinner also.
@@Grabfma040508 Neither am I with my cousin we live in different towns. But I do love him for sure. I love the sinner not the sin. But we all sin everyday.
Thank you so much for your prayerful and encouraging videos, Kelsey! They are so timely and inspiring! I also really enjoy seeing you bake/cook, and household tasks. You’re a blessing!
I love how you fear God above man, as you should!! This was wonderful! There are a load of lies out there about "good being evil and evil being good" (Isaiah 5:20-21). I LOVE that verse you said about caring for orphans and widows - but the unstained is something that is rough that is hard to think about. These days no one wants to offer their bodies as living sacrifices ever. One of the first verses I had to memorize when I was 4 was to "think on things that are above and not of the earth." I had to intro it into a song for my pre-k graduation. I didn't fully understand that at 4. Could you imagine? The verse you stated about "vengeance is mine, says the Lord, I will repay" IS THE first verse I learned and it is what I have tried to live a lot. Forgiving people, loving them, etc. . .it is so important. I use Kids-in-mind that states what is in a new movie content wise. I do not watch anything with gore, sexual content, etc. I don't like it at all. People want me to see all these things that I say, "No thank you." I don't let my kids see any of it either. It is so weird to me how people will be mad at me. They are like, "What do you mean your kids haven't seen Back to the Future? It's a great movie!" I say, "Yeah and a scene of a woman in a bra with a guy watching her get dressed from a tree through her window. . .I don't want my sons to see that." They don't get it at all with so many things. I have to tell my husband who quotes movies non-stop out of habit in front of our kids, and when they say, "What's is that from?" I say, "Something you can't see." Getting my husband to unquote things is not easy. . .and there are so many films we both watched growing up that our kids have never and will never see. I pray that they never will go and do that on their own either. I want them to be undefiled in their brains and spirit. Anyway, beautiful message throughout this. May God speak to people through these verses and your message.
Yes! I totally feel the same way. And yes to all of the movies and TV shows you both watched but would never let your kids watch. Same! Yes, so many people just don't worry about seeing the nudity and inappropriate scenes, but they affect you even if you don't think they are. My husband quotes soooo many movies lol, I honestly don't know how he remembers it all?! Lol Your kids are very lucky to have you.
I, too, was very careful about what my kids watched. I grew up not being allowed to watch tv much. We had one, but there were many shows that were off limits - even things like WWF wrestling was a no-no. It was mostly for family time on Friday night & cartoons on Saturday morning. My mom grew up with NO tv at all. she instilled a love for reading. Now, I have not turned a tv on since before covid. couldn't stand the ads. I have been appalled at some of the shows/movies that my kids' friends are allowed to watch. Once or twice we have been caught off guard when attending a movie that another family picked out to see in theaters. So from then on, if I didn't watch it first, they didn't watch it at all. The one that really got me was a friend of mine let our daughters watch "whats eating Gilbert Grape" with Johnny Depp. I had never seen it or read the book. I saw the movie myself a year or so later & was aghast at some of the stuff in that one. And my friend is also Catholic. They would let their preteen watch SNL & things like that. never! Nothing with sexual content, bad language, ones that make the fathers look stupid or the kids run the household & are sassy/rude, drug use, homosexual or trans content. & if you cut all of these things out...there is nothing left to watch, not even ads. So we turned the tv off & haven't missed it.
Amen, wise and virtuous young woman! Great job, from an older woman! Keep fighting the good fight! Speak truth in love! Your Father in Heaven sees you!
Really enjoyed this video as I enjoy all your videos Kelsey, thanks so much for sharing this, I am Antiochian Orthodox of the British Isles I was raised Roman Catholic so I love listening to you as it brings back so many memories of my childhood. God bless you and your family.
Amen to all you said sis. Thank you for boldly stating the Truth of Christ, in a world that feeds on sinister lies & attempts to twist His Words. Prayers for you & your family. God bless you too!! 🥰☺️ 🙏 +JMJ
I am a lovely gay grandmother! I am a retired women and infants nurse. What makes you think that Jesus does not love me? The King James bible was written by a gay King!
Being gay and having the attraction isn't sin, that's not what I'm speaking about. It is acting on the sin that is the issue. That is what the Bible speaks about, the actions. Absolutely, Jesus loves you! I want everyone to go to Heaven, so I can't be accepting of anyone living in their sin, their actions (myself included, no matter the sin).
That is the question, that is why Jesus fought for justice and the just, that is why many people are increasingly distancing themselves from society, including me with my family, you simply give an opinion and it is already a reason to have a problem of complaints of other people, for example, prostitution is something that has been practiced for centuries, and in the view of any human being that it is sinful, IT IS NOT CORRECT. You have to know how to respect homosexuality, society has increasingly accepted it, it is true, the Lord loves the person but he does not like sinful acts, I do not understand the reason for a complaint, if the Bible says it literally. , I don't understand why complain to Kelsey, she just details the holy scriptures. Sincerely and I am sorry but my opinion the Lord loves human beings but an act not accepted in the sacred writings is a sin, the Lord said unite man and woman in marriage and procreate.
@Dunc489 Exactly! Love the sinner, hate the sin. ☺️ Prostitution, all sexual sin including adultery & homosexuality is condemned in scripture. ( Jesus forgave, THEN said to the prostitute " go & sin NO MORE") 🙏
