That shit cold.asf no kinda strength. Down hands already get veey little penetration but you go run it cold asf. My machine at work stays at 30 ro 31 no matter what kind of welding im doing. You dknt kno shit bout welding 😂😂
@migstickwelder1992 I understand that. But a downland has no penetration already. Mainly just for eye appeal. But you running a weld that has no penetration or strength already cold asf Which means it has even less strength and penetration 😭😭😭💀. You obviously working somewhere that has no welding specs what so ever. I could take a sledgehammer and knock that cold ass well loose 💀💀
Sorry, but you have set wrong voltage. V= Ax0,05+14 V= 270x0,05+14 = 27,5 the root weld is not through-welded with this welding method. the melt of the filler material must not get in front of the welding arc. Not good.
As a welder, what the fuck is this shit? Slag inclusions? Incomplete fusion? Inconsistent bead? You’d be fired day one for this unless you’re sticking shit together in your own back yard.
I recently picked up MIG welding again after 30 years. I'm trying to weld up this really thin Rusty square tubing and it's giving me a real hard time. I don't know if it's me or the welder or the metal. I either can't get it to penetrate or I end up blowing holes in it. 🤷
Well I wanted to change up the comments on here just cause I wanted to find the one guy to say hey do it the way you want to do it cause there gonna weld there damn weld as they want . And also I'll let the rest of you guys know I've got a tacked welded all the f+*?ed Up tailgate to an old 90 S10 sitting in the back of the yard right now and the tacked welds are the only welds that have stood the test of time against the original welds of the truck itself. So I just through a big hole into all of your logic!¡!¡
