Sorry, but you have set wrong voltage. V= Ax0,05+14 V= 270x0,05+14 = 27,5 the root weld is not through-welded with this welding method. the melt of the filler material must not get in front of the welding arc. Not good.
There are some automated apps also available to calculate the voltage, wire speed and current (in amperes). You have to input type of welding, thickness of metal, metal type etc. It will help you with voltage, wire speed and current.
Pick your hand up off of edge of piece let nozzle drag slightly over the surface! You get a more consistent angle! Fill in your craters some ! Back fill it! Looks good though

Not hot enough. Its the wire speed way way to high. All the heat is in the weld as its not penetrating enough as you can see by the heat in the weld and not the plate. Should only be red around the weld pool not 20 mm behind it. I'd be on 29.8 to 30.3.
