Good. I used to grind mine ie sweet potato with my blender with little water to avoid it getting watery and then poured it into an empty pot and stirr until it thickens. I use it as swallow with ant soup
This is indeed a home from home.👌🏾👌🏾 It's reassuring to know residents can socialise with significant others; thus promoting a sense of belongingness. Hopefully; you're also able to take them out occasionally to places of interest. Awesome enterprise. In time, our mindset would change. It's far better to transition into such a peaceful, reassuring & safe environment than leaving the elderly to languish in huge, empty mansions devoid of human contact, leading to total isolation & triggering all kinds of geriatric conditions. The lady should speak her dialect, why the twi, this is error. If the presenter does not understand the Ewe dialect he should have sought for an interpreter. Choo 😮
In Nigeria, we wash thoroughly, slice without peeling because the back contains a lot of nutrients, then soak for three days, changing the water everyday, then sundry until fully dried. Then mill into flour for baking or swallow
In Uganda, sweet potato flour is made by chipping the potato, sun drying and milling to flour, not roasted. Used as food cooked mixed with beans in some communities, in confectionery and baby food ingredient.
Great achievement & a promising enterprise. Just echoing what others are stating, it would've been better to provide contact numbers, locations outside Abor that we can purchase. What's the purpose of contacting you first, to be directed to the business owner? Reminiscence of the proverbial middleman malarkey!😮 Besides as you taste the varieties, I was expecting you to tell us about the texture, taste & at least, compare with the original cassava gari. Brief chat with workers would've been nice too. All in all, appreciate your efforts for showcasing such a creative lady. 😊
