Thank you for the video and story of Nkulenu's awesome job in the food manufacturing processing business. I will always commend Nkulenu and her vision. Thus, government can't create enough jobs for everyone. People create jobs for the people. Based on this story, Nkulenu created a food manufacturing/processing factory out of necessity of her not being able to find a job after she graduated from school. She is the best, highly intelligent, and great visionary.

The schools (from elementary) should be organizing field trips for the school children to visit the local/indigenous industries to see things happening. The youth, with no direction or guidance, will just be on social media mainly for laughs. After laughing, they will blame the government for not providing jobs!

It's sad to say that after all these years Nkulenu is still processing by hand. I wonder why the science universities in GH not able to come up with a setup to help scale up the factory to a more automated system that can do the washing instead of having the cans washed the way it shows in this video. All the same I do like the fact that they're doing good by using all locally produced raw materials in the production and also giving loads of employment to local women.

Nice to see our own ghanaian business doing well. I ounce bought one of their ga Kenley In UK Southampton. Honestly I was horrible. It taste not even Kenkey.i believe they add a lot of palm oil to the ga Kenkey to make the sell by date last longer. Although its vacum pack does not mean you should keep Kenkey sell by date upto 2 yrs. It's well too long. People are making it in London here with less sell by date maximum of 6months.this is some something you must look into. I bought one your palm nut soup mix with turkey Berry and prekese. Its amazing and I highly recommend to all. Bless you all.

Please, Update your Technology and develop modern assembly line. It's not expensive at all. Current process is too rudimentary.

I think you should do a proper research before announcing that this is the first factory to be certified in Europe and states from the whole of Africa. Have you checked statistics in other african countries to proof that? But overall it is good to have more factories and we should patronize and support our local produce.
