The editing on these photos are great man! They look very different from the straight from camera shown throughout the video. I would love to see what you've done during your editing process. Great images!
Hello, this is a great informative video. Thank you. I have a question though. With the first set up - how can one avoid the stripes of light on the top left corner? Can it be done by settings or just turning the light/s slightly away from the scrim? (enough so there is still light behind the scrim but enough so theres no stripes).
I love how real you are, you explain everything that you are doing. Photos are beautiful but most importantly you are honest & that’s what I love keep up the great work !
I actually loved the images with the larger umbrella around 14:11 really brought out the chocolateness of her skin and looked so good against the backdrop. I can’t wait to steal your setup and try this. I love watching people work in realtime. Good job!
1:20 isnt that backwards? The closer the light, the harder the appearance. Imagine the extreme scenario, if the bare bulb is right up against the scrim, you'll only have like a 1'x1' circle of diffusion vs if they are far away you get the full 12'x12' of diffused light.
Can you help me with a situation. In some pictures where my subject is sitting on a chair or stool; changing backdrop removes the chair/stool. How to recover that or fix this issue from happening? Help is much appreciated.
wow! such great work and thank you for the great insight! One question - in de second light setup the blue gel is not seen on her face because of the other light right? because this look is just awesome!
