The Tamron 70-200 2.8 is an excellent lens. I have been using mine for 5 years.. I prefer it over the Nikon version.

Thanks so much! The eyelighter is definitely one of my go to modifiers for my studio photography. It makes up for not using a fill light below the model if you only have one light. For sure one of my recommendations to elevate your lighting in studio.

Are you shooting HSS please? Above 1/200 Shutter speed?

Typically I keep my shutter between 1/125 & 1/200. In studio my models aren't typically moving a lot so I don't necessarily need to freeze them with my shutter, though my lights are capable of High speed sync. I hope this answer helps!
