I have a 2015 LS 600hL and my dashboard de-lamented - faulty installation from Lexus. Mine is garaged with 51K miles. Lexus USA did absolutely nothing to correct the problem - not even a return email (classless). The replacement costs were - 16K for new dashboard and 2.5K to install. So I had is re-wrapped and a restoration shop in Denver for 3K. What I also did was legally tint the front windshield to eliminate the UV rays. Disappointed that Lexus did not stand behind their mistake. I want to share my story with all Lexus owners. If you have a Lexus with a leather dashboard - good luck.
It’s because people think porsches are for rich people while lexus are for middle class and people are jealous of rich people even though the price difference between two new ones is quite small

Ev have this problem which you wouldn’t think is a problem but many accidents were caused because people think the car is off and hit the gas or something for some ungodly reason
4inches and you need an SUV??? Pffffffff yeah you’re not seasoned for the NE. 03 Camry pushin through 5-6inches of snow no problem. All you need is a good tire and your set. Especially with how much weight you have on your side. Also in the car world a V4 straight up doesn’t exist. Like at all. Lastly getting rid of a car over the AC compressor going out is just stupid(aside from owning two of these beauties). I wish to have your disposable income and moderate incompetence
How tf can you pay for such an expensive car but can't pay for preventative maintenance. Doesn't it say something about cost per year for those things on the window tags when you buy them?

Def not. Very little goes wrong on these cars. Especially the V8. Only real thing to look out for is the lower control arms. That’s only because of how heavy these things are. Other than that 5k mile oil changes and gas is all you really have to do. Routine maintenance is key otherwise everything will go bad
@@Mr921kevin The 2007-2012 did have several big issues. 2013-2017 if maintained are definitely pretty great vehicles. Of course the LS 460 cannot touch the reliability of the LS 430.
@@TheChrisAndKenI have a gen 3 S, and have put in an order on a GTS today so I can get one before the ICE model goes away. That said, Porsche keep pushing back the final build dates. Looks like you can still get them until summer next year at the moment
