Interesting! ive heard though that rattle spray if sucked in concentrated amounts can ignite a fire when passing the fan. Something to keep in mind . Cheers
That's true, but I have no intention of using a rattle can with this. It's just for the airbrush, which uses compressed air instead of the highly flammable propellant of a rattle can.
@@MackeMakerSpace yeah also i think it has to be a considerable amount of spray to go that far. airbrush should work. very nice work on the booth, thanks for sharing it. Cheers
This is awesome! I'll definitely be following this project's progress, this seems like it's going to be a lot of fun to create. I think models like these would be great to have for most landmark buildings, so visitors can gain a more comprehensive perspective of how the building comes together, especially since it's not practical for most visitors to go up on roofs and things.
Greetings from Canada, Brother Bob. I have followed your previous videos and I am amazed at your patience. A true gift. This will be a monumental project, in miniature. I am looking forward to more videos.
I did something similar..2 bathroom ventilators, flex tubing and a special 3D print for ventilation holes in my window,so I can paint in the cld season also without having the flex tube out of window.
It would work okay if you are using acrylic paint or something similar that isn't hazardous. However, the point of the filter is to trap paint particulates. Without it, you may find paint exiting the tube at the other end.
You seem to have a whole heap of tools at hand, including a 3D printer BUT you are cheaping out on a airbrush spray booth. YOu could have bought one cheaper than what you spent on parts. Typical!
Thank you for being another 'L'emaitre. We need more witnesses from the science people in the Church so that we don't get bashed as middleagesbackwards. By the way, I am a deacon and teach mathematics.
I think... by"a little underpowered" ... you mean the inexpensive computer fan was a LOTTLE underpower... but it is a nice build idea and start, overall
Also love you mat pleas send link I got a Fiskars Self Healing Cutting Mat with Grid for Sewing, Quilting, and Crafts - 24"x36” Grid but I like yours more.
The funny thing is I bought $25 of led lights. Then bought over $100 of channeling, light deflectors, clips, etc.. When I set up my first set the glue was so good it ripped my lights apart and I had to pay another $25 for a new strip to start it all over. It looks great now and I have 2 different controllers, so it sort of worked out. P.S. Those ten rings did look epic!
I attempted x-fighter from starwars...and failed miserably. But...reused many parts to enhance plastic kit (same scale) by Revell...and every now and then I Use bits while scratch building add-on enhacements to plastic kits.
