450 ohm resister made out of ? Separations made out of ? Is that 132 feet divided by 2 meaning 66 on each strand or are you doubling it back on itself meaning 132 on each side ? Are their resisters on the ends attached to the poles or just a rope ? How many feet high are you running the antenna? You mentioned 12” spacers does that mean one spacer every 12 inches or between the wires ? So many questions with unexplained answers
I just find a handset more ergonomic that today's smart f9nes or hand mics. Pity they don't have differently colors. Plus the handsets seam more solid than alot of m8cs I've seen.
Thank you for showing the side pouches so clearly. Yours is the first video I could find that gave a clear breakdown of the front and back of each of the pouches.
RIP man. We miss you. I'm sorry I got clean too late to go camping but i'll always remember the offer because it helped. See you one day. We can camp in heaven.
Hey brother. Check out pale blue batteries. The batteries come in 4 packs. Each battery has a usb built into the battery. No more bulky nitecores and for all the AA and AAA accessories you can just plug your power bank directly into the 4split micro cable included amd then directly into your batteries
I keep watching videos on this rucksack to see if I want to buy it. I keep asking myself, am I supposed to make believe that the people reviewing this bag are going to get up, strap this ruck sack on their back and start walking into the woods? I just don't believe it. I may sound judgy here, but he does not appear to be in good enough shape to strap this on his back and go on a long hike that would justify having this bag. I am starting to think that anything real life is not allowed on youtube and everything fake is. I just don't think he needs this size bag. I may be wrong and I apologize if I am. He seems like a nice guy. I want to see a video of someone actually using this bag. Someone who loaded it out, hiked a few miles and stayed in the wilderness for a weekend. I am assuming that is what this bag is for? It is what I would use it for if I bought it. I would hate to think I paid all this money for a bag to walk from my car to a chair and look at it. I'll just keep using my kit bag if that is the case. Oh well, it just may be a glamping bag. 🙃
A thin aluminum plate should fix the hot spot issue, or at least some steel mesh. There’s oil guards for frying pans that are made of steel mesh thst should be safe to use even for cooking on. Try that and get back to me? They cost 1€ here
I use a grand trunk nano 9 foot hammock. I haven’t got a bug net yet because I can’t decide which one to buy. I can’t afford a good expensive one so I’m looking for a good cheap one. If that’s even possible to find. If you don’t like the guardian sl and you don’t plan on using it anymore, I’d love if you donated it to me!
The radial kit is now cheaper, about $21 on ebay using make an offer fearure. Also the radials are now telescopic. So they collapse down to about 5 inches. Even more portable.
Thanks, I have a couple of these and didn't realize the top reflector would fit this model too. A strip of aluminum foil or section of an alum can will easily function as a side reflector. Your problem with the oil candle insert sooting is most likely a wick problem. Either too big in diameter and or too much wick exposed.
The "updated" version I just ordered have the upper pouch come up much higher, meaning less likelyhood of contents falling out. I've got them on order in OD green to go with my alice pack I'm in the process of doing the Hellcat mod on. Also looking at the possibility of doing a frame extension to accomidate both the MSS carrier, and a "Alice" shelf below that. I'll likely DIY the shelf, as all the shelves I can find are way out of the budget.
Hey man, great video! If you haven't already tried it yet, get 4 tennis balls (there are other colors than bright yellow if you don't dig that look), cut a slice in each, pop them on the feet of the chair, and the sinking is more under control.
