Now this should have been number 1 because I feel that 💯. As for as practicing solitude, I have been dedicating a specific time a day for solitude. It doesn’t have to be long maybe like 10 minutes before everyone wakes up really helps. Also journaling has been a game changer for me.Let me know if you want a separate video on this one.
