for the guy in the office, you can wait and he will eventually come out and go to the cafeteria on the floor below him. Another target (green suit) also goes to the cafeteria when the yellow suit does, they clear the room, it makes it easier to kill the both of them and if you kill green suit, then you get the custom achievement "family issues" or something along the lines.

I have to post a comment about this here, jesus christ. I spent 1 hour 30 mins cleaning out the entire vault, the cash, every one of the boxes. I earned 4.2 million to the offshore account and 1.06 million to myself. 236.250 xp, went up 26 levels. made it out with 11 bags of money
