Stefan, in most new vapor degreasers the cooling coils are part of a refrigeration loop that goes through a compressor and evaporator coils rather than water. There are typically 2 sets of coils: primary and secondary. This significantly reduces solvent loss. The secondary typically operates at or below 0F. Depending on the boil point of the solvent, the primary coils typically operate around 50F, it is important to keep these coils above freezing as to not attract water vapor from the air from freezing on the primary coils

I always worry when I load the dishwasher that one of my glasses is going to fall and break if it's not supported really well, or if it's too close to something else. Of course I know that this won't happen, because the water is not anywhere near powerful enough in most cases. Because my dishwasher is not this.
This ultrasonic tank creates implosions of the water molecule to "micro scrub" hard surfaces without any force or potential movement of the parts. It does really well on glass. A dishwasher relies on the spray force of water to clean which if strong enough could move parts.
This video shows the change in frequency of the ultrasonics and its resulting energy delivered to the tank. When maximum energy (shown as surface movement) is achieved, the result is the correct frequency to resonate the ultrasonic transducers

Proper neutralization and rinsing is essential to electropolishing. After the EP stage, we typically use 1-2 cold dead rinses followed by nitric neutralization followed by a dead rinse and final heated, conductivity controlled rinse. All rinses are DI water. I hope this helps

@@Besttechnologyinc you could go to a junk yard, find a really greasy part and clean that. The confidentiality of your customers is still maintained and we get to see how well the process works. I'm concerned about contamination if say a part that has wax based grease that is difficult to scrape off is used in the same machine that cleans medical parts.
Seriously. Might as well add "but no actual degreasing accomplished" to the title. Seems like such a no-brainer to show how effective it is. And counterproductive to actively avoid showing it.

Nice passivation system. I think if you disable the auto image stabilization on that camera, for future videos it will prevent the nauseating wavy effects in the video.
