This electropolishing system for electro polishing stainless steel is fully touch-panel PLC controlled for temperature, circulation, electropolishing controls, and cycle time. The electropolishing equipment line features 7 tanks measuring 36"x18"x36":
1. Alkaline/clean
2. Ambient overflowing rinse water with solenoid controls
3. Electropolishing tank with integrated lip ventilation, stainless steel cathodes, copper anode/cathode bus bars, Teflon heaters and anode-to-cathode short-circuit protection
4. Boil-off spray rinse tank to concentrate drag-out electrolyte into tank for easy waste disposal and evaporate rinse water
5. Neutralizing nitric/citric acid tank to ensure any remaining electropolishing electrolyte is neutralized on the part preventing any spotting deposits post process
6. Ambient rinse water with solenoid controls
7. Heated cascade rinse water with solenoid controls to ensure quick flash drying of parts post process
