MC_TITAN is here for the Garage/Home gym community to bring an unbiased opinion on fitness equipment without breaking the bank. MC_TITAN specializes in Titan Fitness equipment due to its budget friendly options but he is not afraid to try their competition to see where they really stand. In the process he demonstrates the equipment from a 1st time users point of view without being afraid to make mistakes and laugh at himself along the way. In the end he figures out different ways to maximize his equipment via Hacks and is able to conduct a full review of the item or Hack for the consumer. MC_TITAN also brings suprises to mix things up so it doesn't get stale 😉
the only use for them is if you ever do heavy kroc rows and farmer's walks. No other use other than that. You could've bought a good pair of 20" ones instead.
I agree for rowing and farmers but my issue is when i row I like to stay with 10 lb weights lined up so i dont lose range of motion. Im at 110 lbs right now and my bar is almost out of room. I like the longer bar idea but 36” is way too extreme. But i still might buy it just to try. Its definitely unique
MC back showing a product!! Only you can show a product without reading all the details page out to us!! I actually appreciate that , system def looks smaller than I thought especially that dual pulley and the retractor cable box. Curious to see your DIY version working/cost because this is a pricey system so I passed on it.
One you a #1 to me , thanks and you are correct I was surprised at how small those two components were but they are still nice. I might not complete the diy now but I'd say it would of cost roughly 300 and up to make it yourself
I found a way to improve strength curve without band or cable machine. Raise the tail bottom of the row machine by 10 degrees. Feels much better. You need to put some wedges under the front bottom to stabilize it.
This should of been said on pt 1 , this video is about solving the issues from pt 1 to save this bad purchase. Happy you enjoy yours though , somebody needs low expectations so I can resell this crap
Just buy a special bar made for seal rows and scrap the straight bar which is worthless for this type of exercise anyway... P.S. The F*** bombs ain't all that cute (entertaining...) except to demonstrate your lack of fluency in the multitudinous variety of words at your disposal in the King's English... How you got over 100 subscribers is still a mystery only RU-vid an answer (since they make money on this deal...).
I kept this video simple no skits or bits and straight raw like MC Titan is known for nothing scripted. Sorry about the audio I thought my microphone would get both of us and the lighting kept going out as well, it was fun to make this video and shows we are all human and we make mistakes but at the end of the day when you got a home gym you got family
I have the H-PND from Titan and couldn’t imagine having a lot of stuff on mine. Due to the amount of times I use it, it helps tremendously with rehabbing my lower back.
My man actually using his gear that's what I'm saying, it was a new movement to me so when I had mine it really affected my core I wasn't used to it I was like damn I got to get my core stronger and this could also help with that but then I ended up selling it because it was just too much space consumption and I wanted to simplify my gym later on but I'm attempting to find a solution in my rack and do a DIY
Thanks Toney this utility seat ain't no phoney but it is a knockoff lol by the great minds of Rep Fitness , wonder what a USA made seat would look like probably the same 😂
@@tonyallen3138 Yes , Rouge does have one for 285 But it looks like they don't have the open handle area to grab like rep for easier placement and I don't see a pad. It's made of a seven and 11 gauge steel I'm sure it's pretty well made too and not much more expensive than the rep one, The rep one is lighter though I am going to be doing a video where I'm showing how many places you can put it on as well as its uses I've already found some difficulty in placement when your rack is not square and it's pretty loud when you throw a med ball at it, thanks for the feedback
I;m just another guy just like you,...minus the killer dance moves ... and doordash delivery prowess. Let me know how the pad-screwing works out. My wife mentioned first month's rent's only a dollar for me at the public storage when my seat arrived, and I"m eager to justify long term savings adding on the pad.
I think imma try to find a different type a screw for it, hopefully I'll find a better option. If you do end up in public storage you got a nice pad to sleep on 🤣. There is ALWAYS a way to fool yourself into justifying, thanks for the comment 💪
My day one, you know how I do it!!! I might annoy people by doing dumb sideways stuff but it's like abstract art you might not get it unless you have an eye for the art inside the art
Note: as you see I had cast iron plates on the rack without collars to support them on their holders and they still didn't budge or creep off the rack and they didn't make much noise, which means this s*** is pretty damn stable
And I had plates on the rack some on a lower hook all the way to the edge of their plate holder without a collar and it didn't move , I love successful tests , thanks Hacks your new nickname should be Jacked Hack lol
It's a very high quality, sturdy rack desk!! I used to have a full-on desk in my gym took up so much space so being able to do that with this just makes it so much more awesome
I liked the slow down on your rap section 😉. Good to see you showing a product I was looking into , liked seeing it on the spotters loose like that on both sides
