This shows a 2nd update to my first video on the machine, I had to do some adjusting and make it up to TITAN standards before I could sign off on this machine for my Peeps.
Appreciate the comment, when you buy something you'd expect these issues would of been figured out and solved so we would be set when getting them. At least it wasn't too much to do but most people would just sell it and waste a lot of time dealing with it when 3 extra washers could have solved this for everyone. 💪
@@ShawntreezyBreezy Another tip. I took of the rollers from my FID bench and swapped it out with the Calf Raise machine. It seems to work out much better and doesn't dig in as much.
@@ShawntreezyBreezy Xmark Fitness sells a similar Calf Machine with a flat pad that would work on this Titan Fitness machine. I am in the process of trying to buy the flat pads from them.
I appreciate your style and approach. Keep the reviews coming. About to pull the trigger on one now. Looks like they may have made additional tweaks since now powder coated black.
I noticed that and its on a flash sale but their flash sale today is what I paid for it a year ago or so. I do appreciate the black power coat and wished they had that then. My motto is if it isnt to your liking then hack your way away at it till your opinion is better. Welcome to the channel and thanks
This should of been said on pt 1 , this video is about solving the issues from pt 1 to save this bad purchase. Happy you enjoy yours though , somebody needs low expectations so I can resell this crap
I just got done putting this together and it really leans towards the right when doing the exercise. I’m thinking taking it apart n sending it back. I don’t think that is safe for long term use. Wth were they thinking
After putting it together without the seat on, did you try testing each area to see where it might be loose like my video? Also are the pads even on your legs when you do a rep, trying to get an idea of why yours is going to the right.
LOL man you showed that guy giving you a hard time on Part 1, didn't know what "Initial thoughts" was, he is an idiot , now we can see all your examples. I mean id be pissed with one area loose/moving and you had 3!! Plus the knee pads, OMG I understand the 1st vid for sure . I know bolts too and can see the nut tight down on the bolt with your loose examples, good video bro happy it worked out better
Shay this video was in the making already so it was not about anyone. It was about finding yourself in a situation with a bad product and making the best of it and coming up with a way to feel better about it. :)
As a consumer we shouldn't have to do our own "Fixes" to get something up to par but I am just glad I found a couple fixes. Still upset about the padding, only calf machine that really uses those round pads (Most use the flat thick pads for their calf machines). My take is that someone at Titan was like "Make this machine under 170" and the person in charge of that came up with these cheap round pads to keep it in budget. Their tibia dorsi machine has the pad that would of been great for their calf machine.
