Emmanuel Church is a quirky, family-like community dedicated to following Jesus in our time and place: bringing glimpses of God's promised kingdom of peace, love, and justice for the world we inhabit.

Located across the street from Woodland Park Zoo in the historic neighborhood of Phinney Ridge, Seattle, we devote ourselves to caring-well for our neighbors and finding creative ways to contribute to wholeness and life for the people God loves (everyone).

As a community that is rooted in scripture and in relationship with the Spirit, we confidently tell the story of God's ongoing work of saving and redeeming all that feels broken and lost in our lives and in our world. We believe that by immersing ourselves in the grand narrative of the Bible, which tells the story of creation from beginning to end, we discover ourselves as deeply beloved children of God and we receive our calling to join in God's healing work.
