I woke up with a big bruise on my thigh, did not hurt it on anything. I did snack on some red grapes the night before, only thing different in my diet.

If you actually think about it, it's very unhealthy. Mayonnaise is made from vegetable oil, eggs, thickeners and stuff. You're right, eggs and olive oil are healthy but mixing them together is found unhealthy. Moreover it has up to 100 cal per serving.

I guess an update is needed. Lean meat (beef) is no longer the healthy option. The fatty meats are ideal. The fat in beef is not harmful, doesn't pose "cholesterol" isssues,

I just use sour cream or creme fraise. Fat, *real* fat, isn't bad so stop falling for the 'saturated' fat myth. Animal fats including butter, ghee, lard, tallow etc. are absolutely fine and do not make people sick. Seed oils like vegetable and rapeseed/canola are the culprits.

I think Excessive might vary from person to person. I am allergic to cardamom. Even if I eat one grain of cardamom raw or more mixed in tea or any dish, I start suffering from nausea and vomiting sensation. Even if I eat it in the morning, body aches, cold bladder and restlessness starts from the evening. There is no option but to go and see a doctor. Limb pain is much more painful in the night. And people around me, I see then eating it frequently in any form.
