When you created the 2d layout of the stage, okay you took a photo but did you actually import it to resolume the image so you could outline it perfectly?
Those stripes morphing into what looks like waveforms are Genius! Are you generating them with a plugin or only stock resolume generators? Love your vids, keep it up!
I love having perfectly fitting cases like you and seeing that you work with the same hard and software (resolume, TD, midifighter, Logitech mouse) Just found your channel and love it! …gives me the feeling my approach is the right way❤ btw: you look familiar. Have you been on a show a the Marx Halle in Vienna last year?
@@Jaschasuess aaaah, then I am sure it was you. You were working with a midi controller from Akai at that time if I recall it right. And you had a MacBook and a windows surface. It was Beatpatrol or rebellion. I was working there with the Czech crew and you showed me one of your touchdesigner files. Cool to „meet“ you here again😃
That's a pretty wild statement. I think every producer could use one, but most don't need it or want it. It takes a lot of time to map all of these parameters to functions in your DAW, and if you're doing that then it make more sense for it to be used live performances, but the magnetic connectors may scare artists as you want something rigid and fool proof if you're going to perform with it.
@@Lt_Lobster hey lobster 🦞 boy if you can't map out a few buttons then Maybe you should focus on actually making music instead of worrying about what someone you don't know is saying on RU-vid
@@alejandroaguirre2355 I can probably name 100 well respected producers who I am very certain don't own this. Producers don't need this many knobs. I know many who use the Akai LPD8, which is a much more reasonable, reliable and affordable alternative. Just because some new company releases something you dream of owning yourself doesn't mean every other producer agrees with you. There is no gear that every serious producers own. Some don't even use midi keyboards and just draw in notes. You are very naive and I really doubt you are qualified enough to be calling others novices when you yourself have a very poor grasp of this field and the people in it.
@@alejandroaguirre2355 and I wasnt talking about me, I'm talking about the people who make a living off music and want to optimize their workflow. The time they spend trying to make use of those little modules and finding things to map to all of those faders, buttons and encoders they could have spent actually making music. "Real producers" who want that kind of workflow already have a better solution than whatever this is, or they make use of grooveboxes, hardware/modular synths or sequencers. I'm surprised by how arrogant you are considering how little you seem to know
Thank you so much!! You're the best!! Can you make a tutoriel about how to create visuals in blender for projection mapping on buildings? I mean how to make nice animations with the 3D model, I just can't find any formation on internet! It would be se cool! ❤
where did you get the patch from? did u make it yourself? if so where can i find recourses to learn how to make my own? love ur vids btw super interesting
Yes i made it myself, the ressources are a bit spread out but they are all on youtube. Check mathew reagans tuts on building a touchdesigner interface.
This is wonderful. But what do you do if you don't have a reference image to follow, like at a live event where you'd like to map structures around you?
big fan of all your content thank you. Looking forward to trying this out. Just wondering if it makes sense to shift this to be a portrait instead of landscape for more pixels?
I think this series is turning out to be my favorite tutorial series on projection mapping! There are a lot of tutos on the mapping part but rarely anyone talks about this pre production part. Loving every bit! take respect dude.
