That's a pretty wild statement. I think every producer could use one, but most don't need it or want it. It takes a lot of time to map all of these parameters to functions in your DAW, and if you're doing that then it make more sense for it to be used live performances, but the magnetic connectors may scare artists as you want something rigid and fool proof if you're going to perform with it.
@@Lt_Lobster hey lobster 🦞 boy if you can't map out a few buttons then Maybe you should focus on actually making music instead of worrying about what someone you don't know is saying on RU-vid
@@alejandroaguirre2355 I can probably name 100 well respected producers who I am very certain don't own this. Producers don't need this many knobs. I know many who use the Akai LPD8, which is a much more reasonable, reliable and affordable alternative. Just because some new company releases something you dream of owning yourself doesn't mean every other producer agrees with you. There is no gear that every serious producers own. Some don't even use midi keyboards and just draw in notes. You are very naive and I really doubt you are qualified enough to be calling others novices when you yourself have a very poor grasp of this field and the people in it.
@@alejandroaguirre2355 and I wasnt talking about me, I'm talking about the people who make a living off music and want to optimize their workflow. The time they spend trying to make use of those little modules and finding things to map to all of those faders, buttons and encoders they could have spent actually making music. "Real producers" who want that kind of workflow already have a better solution than whatever this is, or they make use of grooveboxes, hardware/modular synths or sequencers. I'm surprised by how arrogant you are considering how little you seem to know
