Your man is a real man abeg…I need advice my husband is very lazy he doesn’t like helping around the house he just sits there all day pressing his phone from morning till night, as a result he takes his bath very late…I cook and give to him the same spot where he woke up he wouldn’t even help me take the plate to the kitchen, I will have to pick it up my self and wash…it continues like this everyday until they call him back to work, he is a rig worker when he comes back he continues the same behavior…I have complained severally he hasn’t changed
I don’t know the kind of mentality he has but I feel he thinks that it’s just in his place to provide financially and that’s all he has to do…I almost got burnt one that time cos of hot oil in the kitchen I screamed for help he was there pressing his phone he didn’t even bother to come to the kitchen to see what really happened…when I finally get him to do something like bringing down a box for me from the wardrobe he’ll complain and complain, or help take the trash out he would say say things like.I should stop filling the trash with dirt or I should stop using a particular bag for the trash he would complain and get angry all through he just expect me to do everything I’m just tired
Seems like you’re going through a lot and your man’s mentality needs to be worked on. You guys need to actually have an in depth conversation and if he loves you, he’ll try to make changes. I recommend giving him a to-do list on the days he’s less busy (please do XYZ today). That should help.
