Naan khatai is supposed to be like that because over kneeding results in tougher texture which is not ideal for these cookies they are meant to be crumbly like that . ingredients just need to bind together Don't kneed. Ghee(clarified butter)just bind the flour together 👍 I hope it's clear now ☺️
If you love chocolate frosting but not a fan of butter cream or sugary frostings then you are at right place 🤝 You just need 1 cup whipping cream 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (exceptional) Whip it for 10_13 mins first at low speed than ad high speed Cream must be chilled ✨
1 cup boiled potatoes 1/2 cup sliced apples 1/2 cup boiled carrots 1/2 cup peas Pineapple 1 cup boiled pasta Green corriendor 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp white pepper Salt to taste Mix and enjoy yummy salad
Ingredients: 1 cup chicken strips 2 tbsp yogurt 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder) 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds) Salt to taste 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 3_4 drops vinegar 2 tbsp oil Mix them Cook for 10 mins on med flame Add sliced onions, tomatoes and bell pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce Sote it for 5 mins Let it cool Puff pastry sheets in baking tray Add filling Cover it with another puff pastry sheet Give them an egg wash Add sprinkle some sesame seeds Add cheese and olives on the top Bake.in pre heated oven for 15 mins at 170 °C Enjoy yummy chicken puffs 😋✨
Dumpling noodles soup 🍲 2 pack noodles boil them 1 tbsp oil in a pan fry dumplings for a min until get a beautiful golden color Add 1 cup water and cover it Cook at low to med flame untill water dries Now 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp garlic 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce Chilli oil is ready In a bowl add noodles masala sachets Now add chilli oil mix Add noodles 1 cup chicken soup Mix and add dumplings and sprinkle some green coriander Enjoy the delicious meal This is just epic one ,try this for sure ✨🌷
Ingredients: 1/2 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup melted butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda Milk chocolate or dark chocolate chunks Mix all the ingredients And chill the cookie dough for 30 mins in refrigerator Pre heat oven for 15 mins at 170°C Scoop out the chilled dough in baking tray (use parchment paper below) Bake for 12_13 mins at 170°C Enjoy fresh cookies 🍪 🌷✨
Perfect whipped cream: 1 cup whipping cream Start beating at low speed first Add 1 tbsp sugar Whip for at least 12_13 mins Whip untill soft peaks are formed and quantity doubles Use in any kind of desserts cake, cookies ,muffins Enjoy 😊
