Note: 1:keep all ingredients at room temperature 2:whipping cream or ganache before whipping should be chilled 3:after cutting sponge into 2 halves spray it with a mix of water and sugar wrap them with clinge sheet and plave in refrigerator it gives soft texture to sponge
