Not needlessly abusing and slaughtering animals is a great reason to go vegan - this isn’t crying about morality anymore than it’s crying about morality to say you shouldn’t abuse your dog. But if you’re interested, you can get all essential nutrients on a plant-based diet, and the largest dietetic associations (AND, BDA, etc) have statements saying a well planned plant-based diet is healthy.
To very vegan who read this, if you associate meeting to murder then I can use the same logic and say that if you eat anything that’s being grown such as grain and avocado the. You would be associate with CHIILD ABUSE and CHILD SLAVERY because most of the avocados are being grown and pick by children in some poor countries that you don’t even know. With an abundance of edible vegetation and mutualistic fruits instead of predatory animals will resort to violent predatory predation/perdition less&less to nill. For instance, when in season bears and wolves eat berries in season and when available and as there is more&more abundance of veganic food forests that use no poisonous pesticides no tillage no toxic chemical fertilizer and no contaminate "livestock" inputs and instead natural composts mulch biodiversity and companion planting and participant free-living animals and pollinators contributing to soil formation seed dispersal and pollination thus predation will be less&less to nill
Don't people who work in slaughterhouses and the livestock industry have souls? Aren't they just like us? We indirectly force them into these roles by demanding these products. None of the staunch meat eaters and non-vegans would be willing to undertake such dreadful tasks. They simply scoff at the notion! Our fight to promote a virtuous lifestyle, such as veganism, extends to the workers in the livestock industry as well. Thus, we are advocating not only for the animals but also for these people, whose souls undoubtedly suffer from what they are compelled to do!

Listen vegans 🌱 , Theoretically we have a double standard - one for our animals and one for animals we have decided to eat.
