Great points by Dr. Stanescu. Didn't know the extent of FBS requirement. Recently Upside foods (earlier Memphis meats) claimed that they have found a way to move away from FBS but yes, the real impact already been created by the research is unknown. I personally am quite excited by the work they do but never knew what all goes into it. Political and Social intents can be very powerful ways to make people aware of the atrocities happening far away from city lives. I myself am vegan and in the vegan business as well for the same reasons. I feel until it's lawful, we need to feed the market with the right alternatives, otherwise many people will stop at the intent level. And that's the sad part of anything legal but harmful.
