I try building the same but end up with a failure, although some are funny, but I surprised you have the best talents in building ever, if you built irl you'd be better than Japan, just saying.
How did you move your servants to areas as needed? Like I saw that Dark Temptress in the Torture Room watching over the Werewolf. Was it a combination of console commands and such?
You just bring her coffin in the room, summon her, and move back her coffin where it originally was. Be sure to have a servant lock on the door, so she won't move elsewhere.
Regarding the throne placement at 17:31, it is actually possible without commands! All you need to do is build out 1 foundation to either side of the throne, place the throne, then delete the extra tiles to either side. This isn't possible everywhere unfortunately as a result.
1 - I'm taking a screeenshot of the plot on this website : mapgenie.io/v-rising/maps/vardoran 2 - I do the layouts in Illustrator, and rendering in After Effect.
Cries in ps5. Can’t use any of these commands and the audacity to have a cheated one tile thrown in the ps5 trailer 😑 I’m suing for false advertising lol
i was wondering for your main gate entrance how did you make the cobblestone floors more narrow? the floors i have encompasses the entire square and covers the snow
I think you are confusing. What you see on the snow is the "Garden Cobblestone Paving". It's a path, not a foundation. I didn't put foundation on the snow, I wanted to keep the natural ground of the plot, to still have the snow.
keep doing these. just fill videos full of different design ideas for building and maybe even different locations and whats possible in them. great video, subbed
Thank you for this - just the right amount of explanation and detail, and full of info that was new to me. Glad I at least knew how to set up the server properly... but aside from that apparently I'm a complete noob! :D Looking forward to easier, faster builds from here on out. For what it's worth, after I got used to it, I didn't even notice the AI voice.
Does wallpaper affect pillars? I noticed that wallpaper often changes the model of whatever you've papers over, and I was wondering if there is a paper that doesn't stand out as much as the default pillars do.
The first set of wallpaper for pillar has 2 versions. One for the base pillar, and a second for the pillar which will be placed above it. All other wallpaper sets have, to my knowledge, only one version. It's up to you to choose the one you like the most. But it's true that I sometimes find it annoying that the basic sets have 2 versions, and that you can't choose which one to display. This entirely due to the fact that there is already a base pillar or not.
Okaaaaay.. This made me feel better now.. Because I was watching some bases videos and I felt so bad because they "knew" how to do sth, like putting tree inside teleporter.. Now I know that some things I've seen were done through admin commands, and that in PVP server you actually can't possibly do it xD
Yes I understand. But if it wasn't for the AI voice, the video would have been one hour long because I would have always been looking for my words. I made this choice to be as clear as possible within a reasonable time. Hope you still found the video useful tho. 🙂
That's actually a lot of very useful informations you can't really find anywhere unless you experiment yourself in game, so thank you for that, great video :) A bonus kiss for telling me the exact plant growth timer :3
To note, "giveset seeds" does not give you Bleeding Heart seeds either. You will need to use the give command to manually get those. Hopefully a hotfix will add the new official plants to the list so that only the Thistle remains hidden in the code. (I also miss Highland Lotus... Such a shame to have lost it...) Another useful consol bind command is "changehealthofclosesttomouse -10000". This basically kills any mob or destroys any breakable structure next to your on screen cursor. Very useful to quick clear a plot from the air in bat form for building. Though if you intend to keep pieces of natural structures as part of your castle decor, it is ill advised to be so broad sweeping with it. Also be careful around your own structures as it WILL work against them. Even works against yourself. Use with caution. The teleport tricks are news to me, so thank you VERY much for showing this trick off. Time to go make a new console bind :P
Right! I forgot about Bleeding Heart seed! I'm ashamed haha. Thank you. And thank you for the other command. Why did I never think of using it like that damn it haha! Previously I used the generateCastle command to clear the entire area I wanted of its trees and rocks. But for a few weeks the command has no longer worked. Either Stunlock disabled it or it has a bug since one of their updates.
@@OnFirePF I use to use create castle, but it builds walls and structures too, which are a pain to remove. I tried comboing create and destroy castle to wipe the plot, but some spots recover too quick mid foundation laying, so I still have to use the "changehealth" command to some degree even then. It does work fairly quick compared to full plot clearing the hard way though. I miss being able to adjust the Resource Power of our character. That made manually clearing plots the old fashioned way quick. Offered more control on what parts you remove.
I found another interesting command "ToggleDebugViewCategory Position" which reveals position of yourself or cursor and so on, and with command "teleport ClosestUnitToCursor WorldPosition...", there's nothing can stop you.
Thank you so much for sharing, I just realised you can put objects outside of the castle-build-area using that "closestunit" command. And you can just keep using the command to drag objects further into the wilderness. Using this you can build nice little "exploration" areas in the middle of the map, leading to a nice little treasure for your players. I just converted an entire village to look like a vampire colony by putting fires and statues inside and around their homes. Makes exploring the open world even more interesting! Edit: playing around with the command, I just found out that the fishing-spots you can find in lakes/ponds count as objects. So you can drag them around using the command. It also drags the sound btw. so if you want some water-ambient sound inside your castle, find and drag one of those fishing spots into your building or place it on an object to have the moving-water animation. Again thanks for sharing, keep up the awesome builds!
Jeeez... man. I was TOTALLY half assing it with the Admin commands this entire time. You have opened up a whole new avenue of building for me dude! My thanx fellow kin. 🙏
Dam now i see what advance setting can do. Wish i saw this before starting the game, seems super admin command makes boring if u get all stuff with one command
Darn. Now I have to get comfortable using admin commands XD I'm so tech/program challenged that I always stress about doing something wrong. But I REALLY love your builds and would love to try these tricks out.
