thats really good news, so the CR doesnt affect your guarantee. the game still counts the pull as having lost the 50/50, despite the CR turning it on 10% chance for you into a success. This means, when you have the luck that CR triggers, you can get your wanted character AND get on top of that the next one guaranteed too :D thats awesome .... Woudl have Cr affecte the guarantee syste and basically reset the 50/50 for you when CR triggers.. that woudl have been bad, because it could have been seen then as a 10% nerf to the guarantee system.
this means, if you have farmed enough wishes, it can make you getting C6 alot easier, if you have luck with CR when you get it to trigger everytiem you need it the most xD if you have enough pulls for say 2 5s (180), and you have luck with the Cr, thats then a guaranteed C1, without CR System, you would have to pull if you are unlucky approximately up to 90-180 times more to get to that point..which is huge
For people being confused abt the first question, : if you loose your 50/50 and you get the fate thingy version, that just means youre extremly lucky and hoyoverse felt bad and gave you the character anyways
I rarely loose 50/50, it only happened twice with Klee in 3.8 and Neuvilette in 4.6 (I probably lost Neuvilette because in the same update I wished for Klee in the Chronicold Wish and got her) I plan for Raiden and Kinich and already have 111+ pull, with the garantee I can wish for Raiden first, maybe I can even get a C1 Raiden with the free 5-star select IF she is among them.
is the feature permanent? i mean where you can dump all your useless pieces to get an elixir, or is it some kind of even limited thing ? I'm very confused about it, someone pls answer 😭🙏

Okay so I still see confusion about the first question and I tried my best to look into it. The best solution I think for this is just wait for 5.0 and let people test it out. The Article is very confusing so again best to wait for 5.0. This only applies to the first question so don't worry about the rest.
I agree. Let's all wait for more info to come out before we debate about it! I feel that they have made many errors within the translation, making it very hard to understand. It could also be phrased way better but whatever 🤷♀️ I really hope they do better in the future to avoid all of the confusion.
Official wording on event character banner (as it’s been forever): “If the 5★ item obtained is not the promotional character, the next 5★ item is guaranteed to be the promotional character.“ Losing the 50/50 is not the specific condition for getting a promotional character guarantee. It was just having a standard banner character show up, as opposed to a promotional character. As such, if capturing radiance applies, we should be expect a subsequent 5 star pull to be a 50/50 (or 55/45, whatever you want to call it)

So basically what you're saying is, if I wish for Kazuha and lose there's a chance I trigger CR which guarantees Kazuha. But does that mean I get two five stars? And then I go for Raiden and she's on guarantee? It's still a little confusing tbh

I understand most of the explanation, but I still don't get one thing. You said that after I win my 50/50 because of the capturing radiance and get the limited character, the next time I pull it'll be guaranteed to get the next limited character. Shouldn't it still be 50/50 after triggering the capturing radiance once then pulling again? I'm confused. Is it 50/50 or guaranteed the next time I pull after already triggering the capturing radiance event right before it?
1:48 Let me explain why this is wrong. Promotional 5★ character guarantee: Every time a player obtains a 5★ item, there is a 50% chance it will be the promotional 5★ character. If the 5★ item obtained is not the promotional character, the next 5★ item is guaranteed to be the promotional character. So if you already got the promotional character, whether winning 50:50 or through capturing radiance, you go back to 50:50

Not about the capturing radiance, but you know how you can skip the archon quests and go straight to natlan if you've done liyue's, after you skip, can you still do the other archon quests that chronologically came before natlan?
2:00 This question is about the pity system, not the guarantee that you get if you lost the 5050. Furthermore Genshin does not give you a guarantee because you lost the 5050, they give you a guarantee because you didn't get the rate up character (read the Details panel on wishing screen for information). If you get capturing radiance, you will not be guaranteed the next 5050, because you got the rate up character. You should correct your information because people are getting hyped over something that does not exist.

The banner details specifically says that you get the next guaranteed if the 5 star you pulled isn't the rate up. If you get capturing radiance, even though you lost the 5050, you still got the rate up character in the end, so the next 5 star will still be a 5050
Wait! There is 10% chance of triggering capturing radiant right! It means there is 90% chances that it won't be trigger? And you won't get limited five star? Am i right
