So I created my own app, we just launched. It’s called Cutnova. Sad to hear Handsome App just failed and died. I thought they had a good idea, but what they had to sell was not a good product. All they sold was teaching lessons.🤷♂️ to be brutally honest, it was not a good idea. I think the social media part was dope, so I made Cutnova. We have a social media everyone can join, but we offer a “business side” of the app where you appear in the marketplace, manage appointments and process payments. We have a better business model. Who could I talk to?
Alex used tap water. I might suggest using distilled water for mixing Barbicide for letting your implements soak. Tap water may have unknown amounts of hard minerals and other potential problems which might dull scissors or other barbering tools. Using distilled water prevents hard water build-up. If the Salon has a water softener unit, this may be less of an issue.
Noticed while watching the video. You should be using gloves with any chemicals. And if I’m correct before you put Barbicide on any time either sprayed or merged in solution the item should be dried
The Barbicide drainer basket has pre-markings for the fill line for 2oz, 4oz or 6oz line. So fill your water up to that level then add the Barbicicde. You don't have to mark the container.
Just started using Barbicide wipes during my mobile Pedicure business to wipe down surfaces. I feel confident that barbicide is keeping everything clean and safe for my clients.
BARBICIDE® must be changed daily in all containers used to submerge combs, brushes, shears, implements-that is all tubs, glass or plastic jars. It should also be changed whenever contaminated or diluted incorrectly. - From their website
I’ve noticed that on the bottle it does say 2oz to 32oz water.. but I do notice there is a jar that is for 21oz that you sell also. How many oz of barbicide would you put in there?
And for a person who is using these things to serve for personal use, not a licensed professional for anything, just want to stay at home as much as possible with the times these days, how long would you use this before throwing it out and making more?
@@lemons2lemonade884 Per State Board (usually a national standard); a fresh batch of Barbicide must be done daily. Additionally, Barbicide's label on their package states daily fresh batches.
There are a lot of things that I already apply as a MUA. This video is helpful but is also confusing. Here’s the thing, I don’t understand what she says in regards to not being able to disinfect makeup because 70% alcohol kills pathogens, viruses and bacterias & it takes 30 secs to do it. I have that black makeup kit and didn’t switch to plastic containers because its much heavier and more difficult to carry when you have back problems. Now, what I do is that once I get home I take out everything and clean with wipes than spray with a lot of alcohol and leave it to dry. I also wash the outside of my kit with a small cleaning brush with some soap. Then spray alcohol. But I also clean with disinfecting wipes anything that I’ve used one my first client then I spray with alcohol then wait for it to dry in 30 secs. This I do in between each client. And about the pencil sharpener, some are metal some are plastic and both materials CAN be disinfected according to Barbicide training course I take. There are a few things that are contradicting . If this was not INCLUDED in the Barbicide Beauty or COVID training , it was for a reason. Hmmm… I wonder why.
✂️ The demonstrator forgot to wear gloves. She is dealing with chemicals. Sprays are sprayed onto the cleaning cloth or towel or rag not directly onto the object. ✂️ #HairByMikalaSky
I love it! Black men can get their hairline faded and get their mental health in line too. Sharing this to my Facebook page so that Omaha, Nebraska can learn more about this.
