Miss my arctic fox 990 everyday. The thing is worth 10k more now than when I sold it. Who ever though the camper would appreciate and my house would depreciate. Should have sold the house.
Oh crap, just got in from mowing the lawn, finally. If you have time, go down into Glen Canyon on 89A. You could do a day pass into the Lees Ferry area and swim the Colorado River,. Run up to the old farm down there and pick a bunch of apricots, peaches or whatever is ripe. We picked a few and they were good. Very cool walking the bridges down there. There are California Condors there so keep your camera ready. Theres disbursed camping down there too.. keep heading west up into the mountains and you'll see a bunch of mule deer and more disbursed camping.

HI Dalton! Love the tour of the new rig! Thanks for granting my request (and Lee's) for a tour. You did not point out that fact that your toy hauler has an oven...something that I love having in my 2006 19' travel trailer. I always use my oven when Lee and I camp. Do you use yours? I really like your rig, both indoors and outside. It's functional, well-made, and looks great, too. I also appreciate the fact that you haul that gas-powered quad in the back of your truck, not inside where you sleep. Smart!
Hi Nancy...I think I have used the oven one time to cook a frozen pizza! It does come in handy when you need it! I've been using an induction cooktop portable plug in instead of the range top and I like it. I use it with my cast iron cookware. Enjoy your summer camping! Dalton
Hey, I see the dirt lot right where you're at by the Shell station. On the compressor fridge, wait till you have more than enough solar to run it on a cloudy day. Remember, I put an Amish replacement absorption unit in my TC and it has worked very well. Freezer could be just a couple degrees cooler for solid ice cream. But I can still run it on solar and propane which as a dual fuel/power, it's very handy and provides flexibility. I think I recall Morton's on the Move installed a compressor replacement in their fifth wheel and after a time wished they had gone with an absorption type. Compressor fridges need constant reliable power, be it solar, alternator, generator, got to keep those batteries charged to. Looks like your wandering west. Heeeers Dalton!!! Good to see yoy on YT again. I've been to Williams. Spent a night at Love's with 10 degrees outside, furnace running all night inside. Then went to South Rim Grand Canyou for three glorious 70 degree blue sky days and saw as much of the park as I could before the leave order due to 24+ inches snow storm heading in fast. Mad dash to Phoenix. I appreciate the Honoring of our military members. I wonder if the GCRR is hiring summer orkers? Oregon coast is tough to beat. Hey buddy, glad to see you're obout and kicking. I did pull off the Welch road and check things out. It looked like a no vacancy state park! Lot of people up there as should be it's the season however I packed it up and kept driving to an area felt more comfortable or could defend myself more easily...hint hint!
